You are so far ahead of all other rental companies in this town- I called the office and you had the info I needed within the hour. A login screen to get rental income on the spot- WOW. We are out of the dark ages. The last time I wanted rental income for a listing I was trying to sell to an investor- they scribbled something on a paper and sent a fuzzy fax.
