We offer complete, turnkey technology based management solutions for NSB condo owners. We purchased our units in NSB around 2005. After many frustrating experiences with onsite and local management we decided we could provide better and more efficient service to owners and guests. We started www.greatoceancondos.com and went live in April of 2008. We have greatly increased the rental revenue of our owners and made it a less frustrating and more enjoyable experience!

In our 4th year we did over $1.5 million dollars in sales and over a 1200 reservations. We are on pace to increase both those numbers in 2012 by 50%.
