The cleaner did
an excellent job of cleaning the condo.
It looked beautiful when we arrived! The
welcome basket was wonderful. We were
starved and ate some of the goodies

with the cleanliness of this unit. It
had everything we needed. The grounds of

As far as the
home, it’s in excellent condition can't
wait to write a positive review of this
home. When we got here it was nice and
clean, had everything we needed, plenty
of towels n bath rags. We are use to
having to go out and buy items that were
already here for our use. It feels good
to vacation in a home away from home and
that's just how it feels. It has
excellent parking for our trailer with
the bikes. Everything was perfect. We
are not from this area we came down from
North Carolina, but alarm surly makes us
feel safe. So far, our stay has been a
delightful experience. We promise to
leave the home in tip-top shape just
like it was when we got here.

mirrors where we could see the view from
almost every room. The neighbors in the
building were so nice to us. Everyone in
the complex was wonderful to us. The
staff really does a good job maintaining
the property. Best of all its located in
my favorite place on the planet, New
Smyrna Beach. Can't wait to come back
next year! In a few weeks we'll be

you to know we have really enjoyed using
your condo here in NSB. I believe
Oceanwalk is one of the best resorts

it as well. This is my last night here

My family and I
just spent November 3-13th
at the Wave, unit #801. It was amazing.
Nothing like being right on the beach
and then to be up that high looking down
on the ocean everyday was perfect. It
was easy to find, a beautiful well-kept
building, very private and we felt very
safe. The pictures on the
greatoceancondos.com
website showed the penthouse exactly as
it was, no surprises. Just a great,
great place. We loved all the windows
and all the beautiful tile work and that
they had everything we needed. We got a
lot of use out of the beach towels,
boogie boards, chairs, and sand buckets.
The pool and the ocean were perfect. The
next time I come to New Smyrna to see my
son, I will definitely stay at the Wave.
It was perfect. We has come in for my
son’s wedding and a few people that live
in New Smyrna Beach stopped by, they all
loved the place and said that when they
have out of town guests, they would let
them know about the Wave. Please pass
this on to the owners that we loved the
place and appreciate them sharing it
with us. I have looked at the photos
every day since we have we got back. I
miss it and wish I was still there.

Thank you so much for

Sometimes it is difficult to explain
situations over the phone. We had
a great time and as usual hated to
leave. Gordon, the owner, was very
helpful with the window blind situation.
He removed it for the duration of our
stay to have it repaired because he
agreed with me that it was broken.
We were out shopping when he removed it
so I did not get the opportunity to meet
him. Sounds like a great guy.
Please tell Gordon that we had a great
time and definitely want to return
again. I decided not to call him
myself because I do not want to disturb
him. Tell him that I will assist
him occasionally in paying for his son
and daughter to get through school, Ha!
As always we treat the condos as we
would our own home. Nannette Perez did
an excellent job of preparing the condo
for our stay. I forgot to call her
the day before our departure to inform
her that we would be out of the condo by
6:00am this morning. At least the
time change gave us one additional hour
of sleep. Again, thank you and we look
forward to coming back.

Being an artist I
know inputs are important in making your
service better. We stayed the last week
of July. But I wanted to thank you so
much for your place. It was beautiful,
well kept, clean and a perfect size for
all of us. The pool was also a wonderful
asset to all of it and walking right on
the beach. I know this sounds a
little weird but having things like the
hangers, accessories in the kitchen, the
tent in the closet, games of sorts,
movies to watch on the TV, is a very
home feeling comfort as well.
We had my whole
family staying at condos on New Smyrna
Beach and from what they saw when they
came to visit, I think ours in one they
favored. Thank you again and we will
keep you in mind for next year.

As in 106, unit was
pristine. No negative comments re
housekeeping. Everyone enjoyed that
nautical décor and all the
lighthouses-fun. We had a good time
spotting them. Nice unit-really
appreciate all the supplies-soap, toilet
tissue, laundry, etc., very helpful.

Thanks so much for a
lovely week at Surfside #230!! Our
family enjoyed it so much! I grew up
going to New Smyrna every summer and
staying in a condo and it brought back
so many memories! #230 was furnished so
perfectly for us since we had 5 kids
with us all week! Plenty of room for all
to be comfortable! Nice big table for
all to eat and even do a large puzzle or
play dominos together! Great time had by
all! Would love to come back next year!

Our family
just returned home from our NSB
vacation; it was great. Just wanted to
say what a pleasure (and so simple) it
was renting through your company. We
truly enjoyed our stay in Ebb Tide/Unit
404. It was just as described and
pictured on the webpage, and was super
clean, brightly lit, and welcoming when
we arrived. All of the kitchen,
bath, and beach items we could possibly
need were provided and in good
condition. (We’ve been to beach
houses before with beach chairs so
rusted and worn they couldn’t be used –
not the case with this unit.)
Thanks to everyone, especially Maggi,
Kathi, & Kelly, for your prompt and
caring attention; we’d gladly use your
service again. Hopefully we’ll be
able to schedule another visit within
the year.

Dear Owners, I just
got off the phone with your very
professional and business minded ( yet
friendly and personable Maggie. I hope
you can see what an asset she is to your
company. She has sent us numerous emails
and kept in contact until we said, "This
place is the one!" I hope if I ever had
a company that I had employees like this
lady. What a plus for a company to have.
Know your property is in good hands with
such employees who return calls on
Sunday afternoons. Maggie was very
thorough going through the things we
needed to know. We've never stayed in
New Smyrna. I was not expecting to hear
from anyone but got this all settled
before leaving on a business trip. We
are looking forward to staying in your
beautiful residence and may consider it
again the next time we come. Blessings

Even before we left
on vacation, our dealings with Great
Ocean Condos were friendly and
efficient, instilling a confidence that
we were well on our way to a perfect
stay! This was a vacation of a
lifetime for us, generously provided by
my beloved brother Patrick, and this
unit provided the perfect location and
comforts for just such an occasion!
Upon our arrival to this condo we were
instantly both relaxed and smitten with
the beauty and practicality of this
unit. The owners REALLY understood
how to vacation as a family here as they
made certain that everything a family
could need to have a home away from home
was provided. With a family size
of seven, I KNOW I am not understating
this and in fact, cannot emphasis this
enough: ) I can even remember a
moment while cooking when I thought, "it
would be great if there was an apron
here..." only to discover one in the
drawer!!! Literally, all the
utensils and kitchen "extras" I brought
from home were totally unnecessary as
Jeff and Jennifer thought of everything!
My brother Patrick and my family and I
will cherish our moments at your condo
for a lifetime! The sounds of the
waves both on the beach and from the
spectacular ocean view of your balcony,
playing in the surf, discovering "sea
creatures" (as my children referred to
them), the refreshing plunges in the
heated pool, the way just sitting on the
beach as the sunshine and surf soothed
your soul, etc. lent itself to
literally, the most relaxing experience
we have ever experienced in our lives.
If you are looking to simply savor daily
living right on the beach where enjoying
the beach with your loved ones is your
primary goal, this is the ideal unit for
you and your family. Thank you
Jeff and Jennifer for graciously opening
your home to us to afford our family the
stay of lifetime: ) Lord willing,
we will return one day to soak it all in
again. On behalf of my brother
