Hacienda del Sol II Complex
This direct oceanfront condominium complex of 50 private 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units in New Smyrna Beach. From the moment you arrive, the sound of the ocean waves and the fragrance of the salt air will transport you to a vacation state of mind. Relax poolside or bask in the sunshine on Hacienda del Sol's expansive sun deck. Gather in the Clubhouse, enjoy a game of shuffleboard, and top off your day with dinner grilled down by the beach. Washers and dryers are located on every floor. Directly across the street from the complex, you'll find a small shopping center with local restaurants and unique novelty shops. "Would stay there again - This condo is in a great location. The beach in front of the condo is an area that vehicles are not allowed. It was not too crowded. Loved the oceanfront view. It was not a far drive to restaurants. The pool is nice. The smaller pool is not a hot tub. It is more of a kiddie pool. We enjoyed playing shuffleboard. The beds could have been more comfortable, but we would stay there again."

"Beautiful setting very clean - We only had minor issues with trying to find the office which is by the pool and they were closed when we arrived, so we went the next morning to get car pass so we didn’t get towed as in the warning, but when we got there she said we didn’t need one because it was there slow season so we were worried for no reason. The elevator was broke so we had to carry luggage 4 flights of stairs, but that didn’t stop us from having a great time and using the stairs all week even after they fixed the elevator! The condo was very clean and peaceful to relax after a long day at the beach. Kids loved the pool and I loved the patio chairs provided to sit next to the beach!
When traveling from out of state by air plane, it is nice to be able to have a condo that has beach chairs and umbrella and stuff ready for those that can’t take it home with them! We had an amazing time! Beds were comfortable and clean! Plenty of room with an amazing balcony! We got to see sea turtles hatch! Dolphins from the balcony! Picked lots of sea shells up and got lots of exercise walking both sides of the beach!"

"Hds2 - The unit was adequately stocked , nice unit. Problem with tiny ants in kitchen area. Front door locks are wonky- difficult to lock and open. I would not rent this unit again. Kitchen cabinets need updated as well as appliances. The mirrors on the wall in the living area and bedroom are so 70/80s. We prefer beach decor when staying at the beach. Again - this unit is decorated to the owners taste- as it should be"

"Great Location - Overall this unit 414 was great. The location was fabulous which allowed us to see up and down the beautiful beach. Parking was free and always had plenty of spots available. The unit was clean but could use some updating. There are restrictions when renting this property, so please ask for the list before renting or you may be disappointed."

"This beach condo is literally on the beach! Enjoyed the view, sunrise and smell of salt water. Upon arrival we found the condo to be sparkling clean. Communication with host were prompt and precise. Would like to stay there again.

"Fantastic beach in a great location - The condo, while somewhat dated, has everything you need, is clean, with a good TV package. The beach is breathtaking from the balcony and is completely uncluttered with detrius from the ocean, fabulous for sitting, walking, or sunning.
Shopping and restaurants are close by. The town is easy to navigate and is just 20 minutes from the new Tanger Outlet Mall at Daytona. Quiet and picturesque with a very knowledgeable management team."

"Amazing - The unit 411 is the best unit in the building. The photos don’t do it justice. We would Have our coffee every morning sitting on the balcony over looking the ocean. Amazing! The unit has pretty much everything u need. Plenty of beach towels and the beds are so comfortable. The pool is very clean and well kept. Plenty of beach chairs for everyone. "Best view of the beach - Great balcony to see the beach. Kitchen is a little out dated but you can pretty much cook anything with all the utensils and cookware provided. Laundry room is needing a little tlc (water bucket is kinda crazy). Plenty of space for a family dinner or to hangout on rainy afternoons. Beds are comfy and showers are very nice. Great pool and shuffle board area."

"Great Vacation! - This was the second year at this condo for my wife and I. The entire combination of a very nice, clean, comfortable, and roomy condo along with New Smyrna Beach is really hard to beat. Virtually anything you could want is in the condo. There are many great restaurants to choose from. I really enjoy being so close to the ocean and the sun rises are amazing. This year I had my daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren along with us and we were very glad to have lots of beach toys and such a nice swimming pool available."

"Great condo--we will be back - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 414 Hacienda Del Sol 2 anf plan to return. The unit is furnished as well or better than any condo we have rented. The only maintenance problem we encountered was quickly handled by Great Oceans Condo and the owner. The Lazyboy chairs were greatly enjoyed. The HDS2 facilities and grounds were well maintained. "

"Beautiful Condo and Beautiful view - My experience with this condo was absolutely perfect. The condo was larger than I imagined it to be and had EVERYTHING one could need. The view was perfect and the deck is larger than expected. The condo grounds were well taken care of and having a sunning deck is very convenient if you don't want to be bothered with sand all the time. THe location of the condo in proximity to the elevator was extremely easy. Having beach equipment already with the condo is one less stress you need to worry about while on your vacation. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet time at the beach. It is located on the south part of the beach in a more residential area. "
