The living room features a sofa that doubles as a pullout queen bed, a love seat, and a big comfy chair. You will have a comfortable night’s sleep with the upgraded foam mattress for maximum comfort. Your group will lounge cozily in the spacious living room.

As you make your way to the kitchen, you will be pleased with the bright and airy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully stocked for your stay: plenty of dishes, a teapot, a coffee pot, a Keurig, a toaster, a blender, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an oven. You have everything you will need to cook delicious meals throughout your time in New Smyrna Beach. If you want to enjoy takeout from local NSB restaurants, indulge at the dining table that seats four or the breakfast bar that seats two.

The primary bedroom in Oceanwalk 2-202 offers a king bed and a comfy chair that pulls out into a twin bed with an upgraded foam mattress. Fresh linens are provided which are in the storage ottoman. You will enjoy watching a movie on the 40 in. TV as you fall asleep after a long day of exploring NSB. If you need to feel some fresh air, open the sliding door to the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. The primary bathroom is connected and features large double sinks with plenty of counter space, a walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed, sleeping 4 people comfortably. Get cozy in the chair and watch the show you are currently binging on the 32 in. TV. The second bathroom is located right outside for your convenience.

Oceanwalk 2-202 also offers everything you will need to enjoy your time at the beach: toys, beach towels, 8 beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella, and a wagon. Beach access is a brisk walk across the street.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. It also features in-unit laundry for your ease.
