"Fabulous location, perfect view, kind and helpful staff - We have stayed in New Smyrna Beach since the 1980s. We loved this part of the beach and the landscaping, pool & grill area was perfect. Beach access was so easy. The kitchen and linens were well stocked. 5G internet was fast. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. It advertises pets but that means only if over 6 months of age and under 20 pounds. 15 minutes from Riverview Spa where massage was only $90. Bring a compact car if you plan to park in designated parking space. Very few items needed tweaking or repair. Has Beach chairs and umbrella. We plan to return to the resort hopefully this summer."

"Great view of the ocean, very clean. - Kitchen missing staple necessities such as a good knife set and chop blocks- my husband and I cook a majority of our food and do not go out to eat-therefore we would have benefited from a sharp knife set, sauce pans, and various sized mixing bowls. Blinds did not move with ease, and master bedroom closet sliding door was stuck open-probably off of its tracks. TV using DVD player was challenging to operate but we figured it out after some time. View of ocean and pool were amazing. We spent every day on the beach and at the pool. Condo was clean and entire complex was well kept. Although the rules stated that Ebb Tide was a smoke-free property, the elevator lobby on the ground floor often reaked of cigarette smoke. All-in-all this was a great location and we appreciated it being dog friendly."

"What a wonderful property! - What a wonderful property! Stocked with all of the necessities for a great week at the beach. My family of six had a great week. We enjoyed the spacious condo with balcony and ocean view. LOVED the view! The pool was just perfect too. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved the area too. The restaurants we tried were all rated on Yelp, and we were never disappointed from Baci to Sonappa. I highly recommend this property for an escape to the beach!"

"A very pleasant surprise - Stayed at Ebb Tide for the month of February 2016 at a very nice comfortable condo. The complex is gated and kept in a very pristine way. The staff at Ebb Tide was most helpful. Will look forward to returning to New Smyrna Beach next year for another winter vacation. Great Ocean Condos was very easy to work with as well as preparing us for our trip with information. The UPS store on Canal Street works great to have your mail forwarded to, ask for Mike. Use Bark N Purr Kennels if needing to board your pet or for grooming. To many GREAT places to eat to even begin a list."

"great ocean view - i have to see the ocean once a year and this condo is perfect for being close to the ocean. everything is so clean ,comfortable and cozy. we brought our daughter and her family and we had plenty of room.everything we needed was in the condo. would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys being near the ocean and good accomodations."

"You Will Love This Condo - We love New Smyrna Beach, Florida and have stayed at many places. We choose this unit at least once or twice every year as our first pick if it is available. Regardless of the time of year it is the perfect place to stay. Property is located on the "quiet" end of the beach where vehicles are not allowed. This condo is beautiful! Furnished well and kitchen is well equipped. Jacuzzi tub in master suite is awesome. We like the split bedroom plan for when we have guests with us. Closets are very spacious which is very nice if you are staying for an extended period of time. Heated pool and workout room by the pool are great. We like that the property is gated and unit has a covered parking space. Make sure you go into the little town of New Smyrna - - nice local shops, see manatees down at the park south of the unit (there every night at sunset), get up at least one morning to watch sunrise on the beach and watch sunset on the inter-coastal waterway."

"Family vacation - We have stayed in this unit multiple times. It is nicely furnished and has all kitchen utensils and cookware needed. The jacuzzi tub is nice and something we don't have at home. We also appreciated the unit's wifi so we could use our phones and computer.
The pool is heated in the winter and the hot tub is great.
Ebb Tide is one of the most secure and quiet developments in NSB. We especially like that the property is fenced and gated.
