May 23, 2018- "Our family of four (2 toddlers) had such a great time during our recent stay on New Smyrna Beach. The condo layout was ideal for our family and we loved seeing and hearing the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. The location just down from the drive beach was quiet and just what we were looking for. The pools were the perfect size for the kids and we appreciated the chairs, umbrella and toys for the beach, which the kids also loved. Easy drive to Flagler Ave. & grocery stores, and we also walked to breakfast across the main road. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we come back to visit family. Thank you!" -Sara W., Denver, CO

April 21, 2018- "The condo really did have the most amazing views of the ocean. We even saw Dolphins! Condo was clean, well maintained. Beds were comfy and kitchen is well stocked. Lawn chairs to take down to the beach were a great bonus. The complex is clean and pool area has lots of chairs. Pool gets lots of sun all day unlike a few neighboring condos which block the afternoon sun. We enjoyed our stay."
--Pam T., Portage la Prairie, MB.

July 22, 2017 - "Excellent condo and location. We've stayed in this condo several years and always enjoy it."
-- Michael S.

July 19, 2017- "We just finished a week long stay and had a great time. We have stayed at this condo for many years and it has continued to be clean and well maintained. Love that it is oceanfront and you can always see the ocean. New Smyrna Beach is a great place to visit, lots of good food and plenty of time to just relax! Can't wait to come back next year! Would definitely recommend this property."
-- Connie B., Hannibal, MO

July 1, 2017- "My parents and I had a wonder week. It's ocean front right on the beach so we got to look at the ocean even when we were inside the condo."
--Luke W., Marietta, GA.

May 6, 2017- "I stayed here for a week and the view is spectacular. The unit was clean and well-provisioned with everything you need for a comfortable stay at the beach. There are two pools so there is always plenty of space to swim. Lots of restaurants are close by - if you're a 'foodie', you'll definitely enjoy NSB. There is also plenty of live music around town so if you like nightlife, there are several options each night of the week.-"-Marcus L., Marietta, GA,
March and April from 2007-2017- "We have loved our stay here over the last 10 years in this unit. 20 years total. We will miss it, and pray that we may be able to return in 2019. Thank you for sharing your FL home with us. There are no words to say how wonderful the beach, sun, moon, and ocean are, not to mention many friends we have made over the years. All the best to you Dan and Juliette in your retirement." - Cliff and Nancy D., Trenton- Brownstown, MI
Feb 1-2017 to Feb 28-2017- "You have a great condo. Enjoyed the whole month, weather was great. Returning back in 2018." -Steve M.
January 24-30, 2017- "Sweet Pad! Enjoyed the view, beach, and local joints. GREAT races at Daytona! That place is HUGE! Thanks-til next time."- Corbin
1/9/17-1/16/17- "Wow, what a whirl wind trip getting all kinds of new stuff for the condo. New TV, recliner, master bed, mirrors, bedroom closet doors, etc. Had a BLAST with our friend Stu who came to visit for a few days!!! Weather was beautiful! Enjoyed football playoffs and hockey on our new TV 4 room setup!! Until we get back again this may!" -Juliette & Dan
8/11-8/20, 2016- "Our first night we had a treat of meteor showers- tons of shooting stars- we could only stay up until 3:30 am. Then, we had two Space X launches at 1:30 and 12:52 am- good thing we are late night people. The weather was great as usual- even a full moon for our late beach fun! Fred's visit was great as well." -Dan & Juliette
July 16-23 2016- "Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We sure have enjoyed our family time here making lifetime memories. Our son turned 12 while we were here and that was special. We enjoyed many meals around the table, played games, laughed. Many crabs were caught… and released! HAHA! Sunrises! Made new friends. We just loved it here. Thanks again! Seas the Day :" -Nikki R. & Andy. Taylor & Stella R., GA
June 17, 2016- "I'm sitting in my favorite chair (in the bedroom) and I have it turned to watch the ocean. The day's light is almost gone, but I can see a bit, and the rear rolls in the room. We had a wonderful vacation again at NSB. We enjoyed some of our favorite- Norwood's, Breakers, St. Augustine, Jewelry of Joy on Flagler Ave, Canal St, the pools, the beach. We also tried new things- Merritt Island, a tour of Flagler College, pizza from a Taste of Italy, the Cape Canaveral spot at the end of this peninsula area. We worshiped again at the Community Church (even took our plastic bottles at the end of this week for them to use at VBS-it's our Florida Church) : You've made so many happy memories! Thank you!" -Michael, Marissa, Olivia and Mary
May 31-June 5, 2016- "Dan and Juliette, thanks for letting us share your "slice of paradise". We had a blast! Great time with great people. We enjoyed the terrific food/restaurants, the live music and of course the late night beach roaming. Haha! too much fun! We appreciate your hospitality and a wonderful week of fun in the sun. Thanks so much!"- Don and Tina
May 15 - June 9, 2016- "We had a great time with lots of visitors. Michael and Tom caught crabs on the beach… We had a feast on the grill and took the Dolphin View dinner cruise. No major sun burn either! Don and Tina also visited and brought their cousins for a crazy Saturday. We had a couple days to relax in all and many fun days with visitors. Even saw mama turtle lay her eggs as we stood there on the beach." -Juliette and Dan
8-15-15- "Uncle Dan and Aunt Juliette, I had a blast at Disney and the condo was amazing. Thank you so so much. I really loved being in a really great atmosphere with the water and the fun and family." - Sourei B.
July 11-18 2015- "Dan and Juliette, what a wonderful week we had at Sea Coast Gardens II, #303! We enjoyed our usual spots- Breakers, Norwood's, Treats on the Beach, shopping on Flagler and Canoe St, the pear, the beach, a trip to St. Augustine. And there were new adventures- a coffee shop on Flagler Ave. For Michael, touring Whetstone Chocolate in St. Augustine, trying the ice cream at the Wild Side. Each day included plenty of new food, laughter, the sound of the waves, sunshine and gentle ocean breezes. We leave for Ohio with a sense of renewal. : P.S. Olivia wanted you to know that we saw a jellyfish on the beach. " - Michael, Marissa, Olivia (Emily, my friend)
