"We had a fabulous time at this vacation home!
- Beautiful views of the beach from the home from back deck, living room, and master bedroom upstairs. Kitchen is roomy and very well stocked.
Note: though the ad/pictures are accurate, we didn't notice that despite 3 bathrooms, there is no bathtub at this home (not a problem, but something to be aware of).
The pictures seemed to imply direct access to the beach. However, what must have been access at one time is clearly blocked off and impassable.
The adjacent public beach access was broken due to a recent storm, but we could walk alongside it, down a path,, except for one day when the town blocked that off.
- the next nearest operable beach access is just 6 houses away, which was all fine, bit if we had toddlers or seniors this may have been a challenge.
Nearby restaurants were very good and Publix is just a half mile away. Outstanding location."

"Wonderful Property - Lovely vintage home restored with all the perks of a new home. Location was a amazing. Management super responsive to minor issue during stay and immediately corrected it. Only issue - WiFi and tv intermittently went out. Recommend owner change service provider, not management’s fault."

"Inviting Beach Home with AMAZING views and beach access! - The pictures really don't do this property justice! It was literally a 2 minute walk to the water and the porch is huge and shaded all day. We stayed with my BIL's family and the property was awesome! It is located on a very quiet and accessible street with wonderful dining options and grocery within a mile. One thing to note that I did not realize from the listing is that the upstairs master bath is shared with the other bedrooms via access from the hall. The "kid's cave" room has it's own bath. The downstairs bedroom has a private bath, but it is the only bathroom on the main level, so it was shared during the day. It was not an issue for our party, but thought I'd share that detail. The beach is busy on the weekend (you can drive on the beach), but it was like our own private beach during the week. I would definitely book this property again!"

"Family gathering - Beautiful view of the ocean! Great location, private, plenty of seating on the porch where we enjoyed listening to and watching the waves throughout the day. Ocean breeze made it pleasant to be outside. Beautiful beach and great waves for body surfing. Upstairs bathrooms were tight and stairs in/out of kitchen was awkward. Plenty of room otherwise; high quality furnishings, kitchen well-stocked with pot, pans, plates, utensils, etc. Highly recommend!"

"Would Recommend, and would stay again in future. - I really loved this house! Our only issues was not being able to turn a/c below 74 therefore it stayed warm at times and was uncomfortable to sleep. And there were baby lizards running around and a few dead one's were not removed when house was cleaned before we arrived. But I loved the location and the house was decorated very nice. Overall being our first beach house experience, it was very nice and I would highly recommend. Everyone I talked to was very nice and answered any questions I had. For homeowners: house needs pot holders and new ice trays. Just FYI 🙂

"A relaxing front porch - Our family stayed here May 2018 for a long weekend. I loved the house and especially that front porch right on the beach! Be prepared for small bathroom showers, and we should have packed some bath soap since it was not provided, but otherwise the house was perfect."

"Great Family Vacation - We wanted a place on the beach for family, including preschool aged grandchildren, to have a relaxing, comfortable time together. This house met and exceeded our expectations for comfort, beach access, convenience to shops, etc. without being "in the middle of things". We all hope that we can find time in the family schedules to return. A truly enjoyable time and place. Comfortable beds, quiet location, clean, nice appliances, well stocked.... well done!"

"home run visit at Beachside Vista - My family just arrived home from our week-long stay at Beachside Vista
and we all agree that this oceanfront home is definitely a place we would like to visit again. The home is tastefully updated in the necessary spots
but doesn't take away from the charm of the concrete block home. The home resides pretty much in the middle of the "drive" beach, which provided a best case scenario on a crowded weekend day. Monday-Friday on NSB is as good as it gets with little to no traffic, exactly the reason why we keep coming back to our favorite Florida town. The ocean front porch provides seating for many with an awesome view of the sunrise which we took advantage of as often as possible. There is a utility box provided with beach chairs and several foam boogie boards to use as well as an outdoor grill. We did have an issue with the dryer not being able to dry our towels and clothing, but we didn't stress over it because we were on the beach after all. Overall Beachside Vista hit all the bullet points for myself and my family, and we would definitely consider coming back again."

"Home is as advertised - We recently rented this home and it is beautiful. Four bedrooms; 3 upstairs 1 on main floor. King or queen beds in 3 rooms and one room had 2 full size beds; clean with a nice combo room with kitchen table + big screen TV and couch. Less than 30 steps from the beach. Complete grocery store (Publix) within a mile plus some really nice restaurants. There was a propane grill, coffee maker (basket-style filters). microwave and washer/dryer and all the other pots/pans/etc, you need to cook at home. Weather was chilly for our stay, so not sure how reflective our stay is against normal, but beach was clean and definitely not overcrowded. Given spacing between homes/hotels/complexes, I cant see this area being overcrowded. Cars are able to drive on beach and it is heavily patrolled, so we didn't see any issues + it was fun to drive on the beach. We rented a golf cart for a day. Fun. Deck box on other side of the porch has a lot of kids toys + a new kite 🙂 so check that before you buy anything. Will look for an opportunity to (re) rent this property so we can experience it with warm weather. Lastly, we took day trip to Blue Springs State Park to see the Manatees. It is so worth the trip."

"Very luxurious and welcoming - felt like Home away from Home - We absolutely LOVED it! We came over with our older sons and daughters and had an amazing time, Just waking up with the stunning views of the ocean. You feel as if you are there on the beach. but with the comfort of the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.
The proximity to the water's edge is great.
The kids loved it too, with lots of activities for them. Our eldest son is a surfer and loved every minute of the waves.
We will definitely be back next year.
