In the mornings, you'll love prepping breakfast here as it's fully equipped with a stainless steel coffee maker, toaster, blender, and even an electric wine opener for morning mimosas.

As the aroma of strong coffee and buttery toast fill the condo, you'll find your family gathering to eat around the dining room table for four. The dining area holds a glass-top table and four rattan chairs. Before you take a dip in the pool, unwind from your meal in the adjacent living room. While the interior is lovely, you'll frequent the condo's ground-floor patio the most for its ocean view and prime location. The patio resides by the complex walkway that leads to the pool and beach access. Set your snacks and drinks on the outdoor table and designate this space as your resting spot between trips to the pool and beach.

At the end of the day, you'll be more than ready to retire to the comfortable primary bedroom. The primary suite not only has a king bed and Smart TV, but it also has an exclusive sliding glass door entrance to the patio. Most mornings you'll find yourself slipping out to enjoy quiet time in the fresh salty air. The nearby bathroom has been recently renovated with a large walk-in shower, granite-top vanity, and plenty of bath towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, cable, Smart TVs, a DVD player, a drip coffee maker, a cooler, a beach cart, and beach chairs.

Castle Reef Comfort

All of the beautiful one and two bedroom condos at Castle Reef are fully furnished and include spacious living and dining areas, well-stocked kitchens, and private balconies. At only five stories, every condo is easily accessed. On the outside, you'll enjoy a heated pool, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a recreation room, two barbecue gas grills, free complex WIFI, and open parking. The expansive beach deck offers private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1979 and has 165 units.
