With 2,200 square feet of living space, this contemporary and inviting two-bedroom, three-bath condo comfortably houses up to 8 people. As you walk up the staircase to the front entrance, you will find yourself in the spacious living room with modern furniture, hardwood floors, and a large HDTV with cable and Blue Ray player. A large communal table is just beyond the living room with enough space for family dinners, game night and more. Off the living area is the spacious and screened in balcony with its view of lush greenery and the intracoastal waterway. Covered against direct sun, it offers a bistro table and chairs for early-morning coffee, midday relaxation, and evening cocktails. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded, offering stainless-steel appliances, numerous cooking gadgets and beautiful modern floors.
The bedrooms are as roomy and pleasant as the common areas in this condo. The primary suite offers a queen-sized bed, direct access to the balcony, plenty of drawer space, and an in-suite bath with a walk-in closet, separate powder room, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also contains a queen bed, flat-screen TV and plenty of drawer space. Still have more family and friends sleeping over? Built in 1986, Cedar Island Club offers 76 individual vacation rental units and is situation across the street from the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. These spacious riverfront properties offer gorgeous river views with access points for boats, jet-skis and kayaks. New Smyrna Beach is a great place to spend your Florida vacation. The waves are gentle, the sands are white, and the sunsets are unforgettable. There is an abundance of excursions to be had from shopping on Flagler Avenue, dining at great local seafood restaurants, and watching the locals at one of the "Top 15 Coolest Surf Towns in the World" (named by Travel & Leisure magazine in 2013). New Smyrna Beach is a laid-back coastal community free of the crowds and noise that plague other Florida beaches. In addition to the fishing pier at Mary Bethune Park, outdoorsmen can enjoy world-class flats fishing at Mosquito Lagoon. Kayak and paddle board rentals, manatee and dolphin viewing, and great seafood is also close by at JB's Fish Camp.

September 21, 2018- "What more can you ask for? The Intracoastal Waterway is directly situated on one side of this property and the Atlantic Ocean is mere steps away on the other. One can literally wake up to dolphins and manatees playing in the water outside of this Unit's windows, walk across the street to enjoy an afternoon of sand between their toes, and kick up for the evening with a front row seat to a Florida sunset radiating throughout the premises. Having stayed in this Unit multiple times now, it truly feels more like a home, than a rental condo, with all of its amenities, multiple levels, attached garage, and surrounding neighborhood feel. The vision, and care, of the owners in what they've provided, and put together, for their guests is truly evident and I'm excited for the things they're still looking to do. It should also be noted that the property is situated in a quiet community that offers a large, well-maintained pool area, clubhouse, boat slips, and kayak launches, and sits adjacent to a portion of Mary McLeod Bethune Beach Park, which features basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, picnic tables, charcoal grills, playground equipment for the kids, and a wonderful boardwalk along the Indian River Lagoon. That being said, NSB also offers some great local restaurants and it's only a short drive back into town to find many of them. Suggestions? Blackbeard's Inn, or JB's Fish Camp, for some fresh, blackened Mahi Mahi. The Breakers, or Lost Lagoon Wings & Grill, for a juicy cheeseburger. The NSB Sea Shack for some wood-fired pizza.
