Before you rush out to the warm sand, pause for a brief rest in the living room. You'll find that both the couch and two armchairs are cozy spots for reading, naps, or watching your favorite shows on the 65" Smart TV. Cable and streaming service apps are provided. There's no need to leave your cozy spot for a glimpse of the sea as the living room has a fantastic ocean view.

If you prefer to spend your relaxation in the Florida sunshine, step out from the living area onto the furnished patio. This space is newly renovated with wood-tile flooring and furnished with outdoor seating. While the patio is the ideal place to kick back, you'll find it impossible to stay there long as the complex pools, sun decks, and beach access are all just steps away!

When you're ready for a relaxed night in, start dinner in the fully-stocked kitchen. White cabinetry and appliances make this space bright and inviting. Whether you embark on creating a full-course meal or stick to simply serving take-out, the kitchen is equipped with the everyday essentials you need. You'll find it stocked with a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, pots and pans, cookware, and more.

Wind down with a glass of wine, delicious food, and good company around the dining room table. The dining area holds a glass, round table with four chairs. It's situated in an ideal location as it is near the kitchen, the flat-screen TV, and a window that looks onto the ocean horizon and complex grounds.

As the day draws to a close, say your goodnights and head to the lovely primary bedroom. Light hues with pops of color make this room chic and inviting. Put your clothes away in the provided dresser, watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV, and settle into the comfortable king bed for a long night's rest. The condo's bathroom is located nearby and provides guests with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and plenty of plush towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable, streaming service apps, a drip coffee maker, beach chairs, a cooler, and a designated parking spot.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
