With the ocean's waves crashing just outside the sliding glass door, you'll instantly be ushered into relaxation mode upon entering the condo. The entryway naturally flows into the high-end yet laid-back living area.

Stretch out on the living room's brand new furnishings and enjoy the serene ebb and flow of the tide outside. When you're not reading on the beach or exploring the local shops on Flagler Avenue, catch up on your favorite shows on the living room's flat-screen TV. No need to worry about missing an episode while you are away as the TV is equipped with DVR, cable, and a DVD player.

You'll quickly pick the ground-floor patio as your favorite spot for more than just its dazzling oceanfront view. When the sun is at its highest, you can easily move the two Adirondack chairs to be under the open sunshine and move them back to the covered patio when your skin needs a break. The condo is also one of the closest units to the complex's beach access which makes trips between the shore and condo even simpler.

On nights you and your loved one aren't dining out, enjoy evenings together filled with cooking, wine, and laughter. The condo's kitchen is newly updated and ready for your favorite recipes. New appliances, beautiful backsplash, and fully-stocked cabinets and drawers create a space you'll be excited to cook in. When you've sprinkled the final garnish on your dish, share a meal together at the nearby dining room table for four.

After a delicious, home-cooked meal and a day spent by the water, you'll be more than ready to retire to the dreamy primary bedroom that awaits. Like the rest of the condo, the room is tastefully decorated, warm, and inviting. Once your personals are put away in the dresser and you're curled up in the king bed, you'll find yourself drifting asleep to a late-night movie on the mounted flat-screen TV. Regardless of if you consider yourself an early bird or not, you won't want to miss the spectacular ocean sunrise seen from the cozy comfort of your bed. The primary bathroom is located en-suite and is updated with a 60" vanity and walk-in shower.

Guests staying in the second bedroom are provided with a double bed and a bathroom nearby.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
