As you walk in, you'll find yourself in a space that mimics the soft tones of the shore. The condo has light tile flooring, walls, and baby blue accents. Let the atmosphere draw you in, and stretch out in the spacious living area. Your family will quickly follow suit as a large couch and two plush recliners are provided. While the room holds a 32 inch flat-screen TV, you'll find your attention primarily captured by the ocean view seen directly through the sliding glass door.
Don't stay out of the fresh, salty air for long! Enjoy the sea breeze and sunshine from the privacy of your second-floor balcony. The balcony is furnished with seating for four allowing the entire family to sit together. Sip a fruity beverage and take in the amazing view of the complex grounds, well-maintained pool, and the ocean horizon beyond.
One of the best perks of staying in a vacation condo is that you don't have to eat out every meal. Take advantage of this home-like privilege and make your favorite recipes in the kitchen. The kitchen is well-stocked with a crockpot, kettle, toaster, serving dishes, a drip coffee maker, and all the essentials you should need. The open pass-through window makes serving a breeze when you're ready to eat in the dining room. Gather around the cottage-style table for six and enjoy delicious food and time together.
After a long walk on the beach and a trip to the ice cream shop, you'll be ready to retire to the primary bedroom. The primary is arrayed in cheery blues and accommodates guests with a soft king bed, large dresser, and personal flat-screen TV. Your nighttime routine can easily be done in the primary bathroom as it provides a walk-in shower with a grab bar and plenty of bath towels.
As you settle in for the night, the others in your family will be doing the same in the youthful second bedroom. The kids will love cozying up on either of the two twin beds and falling asleep to a show on the flat-screen TV. The nearby bathroom has a standard bathtub and bath linens.
The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, cable TV, a drip coffee maker, a cooler, beach chairs, and a designated parking spot.
Don't forget to bring:
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach
New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.
Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something here for everyone!
July 24, 2021 - "We have stayed at this complex before but first time in this unit. It is set up for rentals, it's a great spot." - Nicholas H., Longwood, FL
July 3, 2021 - "The condo was clean, we had plenty of towels provided along with beach chairs, a couple boogieboards and there was also a fold out beach shelter. While the furnishings aren't the newest, they are comfortable and do the job. The beach itself is great, with few shells, no rocks and plenty of waves. Across the street is a small shopping center with a great ice cream shop and a couple of restaurants. Most restaurants and shops are under a 10 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again." -- David T., Odessa, FL
