After a day spent traveling, you'll be thankful to walk into a place that's both welcoming and restful. The condo is arrayed in golden, sandy hues, white accents, and floral statement pieces. In addition to an already spacious layout, two mirrored walls further open the space making it feel even larger.

Leave your luggage by the front door and take the time to fully explore your beachside home. The condo opens up to the living area which holds a plush, leather recliner, pull-out couch, and accent chair. Kick off the start of a relaxing vacation by cozying up on the couch to watch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The TV sits within a quaint, white armoire that displays fun beach décor, a landline phone with long-distance calling, and a DVD player.

If you can't resist the Florida sunshine for long, step onto the second-floor balcony for a salty breeze and beautiful view. The balcony directly overlooks the complex's pool area and has its own glimpse of the envied oceanfront scenery. Five outdoor chairs and a table are provided so you and yours can enjoy meals to the sound of the nearby waves.

When your stomach starts to growl from an active day playing on New Smyrna's shore, grab a snack in the fully-stocked kitchen. This space is composed of light cabinets, appliances, counters and a soft seashell-patterned accent wall. Even if cooking isn't your forte, the relaxed atmosphere of the kitchen will set you at ease and perhaps embolden you to venture out of your culinary comfort zone. Pots and pans, utensils, a toaster oven, drip coffee maker, and even a Keurig coffee machine are all provided for your use.

On evenings you plan to stay in, enjoy a quiet, family meal around the dining room table for four. The glass, round table sits between the kitchen and living room and is encircled by four cushioned chairs. From delicious food to good company to late-night rounds of your favorite board game, this table will host some of your favorite vacation memories.

When your eyes grow heavy with sleep, say your goodnights and retreat to the primary suite that awaits you. The primary bedroom is conducive for rest as it holds a soft king bed, white wicker furnishings, and a TV to lull you asleep. The adjoining bathroom has a sliding glass standard bathtub with a grab-bar and plenty of soft bath towels.

As you enjoy a blissful 8+ hour rest, the others in your family will enjoy their stay in the second bedroom. This bedroom sleeps up to four guests at it holds a queen and a twin bunk bed. Much like the master, this room also provides a TV and a mirrored closet for personals. The guest bathroom has a sliding-glass standard bathtub with a grab bar and plenty of towels for everyone.

Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

PAYMENTS: We are so excited that you have booked your beach vacation with Great Ocean Condos! Our payment process is simple, making vacation planning effortless. Using the credit card entered for your online reservation, Great Ocean Condos will securely process your $500 down payment. The balance can be conveniently paid via debit card at no additional charge or, if you prefer to use a credit card for the remaining balance, a 3% convenience fee would apply. A vacation planner will contact you to explain the full balance due process and answer any additional questions you may have regarding your reservation. Please Note: Additional fees apply for early check ins and late check outs. If you choose to bring Fido to one of our pet-friendly properties, there is an additional nonrefundable pet fee. $150 per pet, or for stays longer than 28 days, $200 per pet/per month.
