Continue your dreamy morning at the dining room's round, glass table with matching wrought iron chairs. With cushioned seating for four and a direct window view of the beach, you and your loved ones can enjoy a family breakfast together and plan out a fun agenda for your day. From the dining area flows the spacious living room with its cozy brown couches, a plush leather armchair and footstool, and retro Florida décor throughout. While there's already plenty of seating, you'll find that the coffee table stores four wicker stools beneath the tabletop- great for card games around the table! When you're not drinking in the wrap-around views of clear skies and crashing waves, you'll find yourself catching up on reality show favorites on the living room's flat-screen TV- bring out some popcorn to fully enjoy!

Open the living room's sliding glass doors to step into the Florida sunshine and onto the furnished balcony. From your seat by the outdoor table you'll be able to see the complex's sparkling pool, the vast expanse of NSB's driving beach, and the infinite salty waters beyond. With a glass of wine and scenery like this, it'll be a wonder if you manage to pull yourself away.

When at last it's time to retire for the night, you'll find a clean, spacious primary bedroom awaiting you. The primary accommodates guests with a king size bed, large dresser and mirror, and flat-screen TV. Your favorite feature will be its large window that overlooks the beach… imagine waking up to the sight of clear shores and rolling waves from the comfort of your warm covers! Adjoining the bedroom is the primary bathroom; it offers a sliding glass, walk-in shower, an extra-long vanity, and soft bath towels.

While you and a loved one enjoy the beautiful primary, the kids will love the fun atmosphere of the guest bedroom. From light blue walls to pops of color in the bedding, this bedroom provides two twin size beds, as well as a couch and coffee table that makes this room one the kids will love hanging out in. The guest bathroom continues the light-hearted feeling with its playful shower curtain, light blue walls, white vanity, standard tub and shower.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a washer/dryer, wireless internet, and cable TV.

Coronado Towers is located on the driving section of the beach and offers amazing oceanfront condos. Built in 1969, there are 44 units in the complex. There are 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath and 3 Bedroom/ 2 Bath units, which are all direct oceanfront. The complex has a heated oceanfront pool, just steps from the beach. You can relax by the pool as well on their pool deck that has umbrellas and lounge chairs. There is also a grilling area poolside overlooking the beach. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, and cable TV. Linens are also provided and you will receive a reserved parking space. There is free WIFI available in all of their units. Coronado Towers is located just walking distance from historic Flagler Avenue.

New Smyrna Beach is the second oldest town in Florida and what many recall as "the old Florida of yesterday". Quaint shops on historic Flagler Ave and friendly folks are what New Smyrna is all about. We are only 15 miles south of Daytona, and 55 miles east of Orlando. You can enjoy everything from Central Florida's amusement parks, Kennedy Space Center, to relaxing on what some consider "the best beach in the world."
