Just like the beach, this condo is arrayed in soothing blues, whites, and sandy tones. White tile flooring stretches from the entryway to the sliding glass doors that reveal an ocean expanse.
As you begin to explore your home away from home, unpack your groceries in the fully-stocked kitchen. This space has soft cream cabinetry, white appliances, and a glorious view of the waves on the horizon from the sink. Two cushioned bar chairs line the kitchen's overhang making it the perfect spot for a quick bite before you rush to the beach below.
If you prefer a family sit-down meal, there's no better spot to reconnect than around the dining room table for four. This white, farmhouse-style table will host some of your favorite memories; from delicious home-cooked meals to competitive family game nights.
Once the table is clear, wander into the living room to relax from a day spent in the Florida sun. No need to fight over the best spot as the room hosts two plush, leather couches and a fun, abstract chair that make for cozy seating. When you're not soaking up the ocean blue horizon, play your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV that's equipped with cable and a Blu-Ray and DVD player. If you're trying to keep your vacation tech-free, grab a light read from the TV stand!
While the condo's interior is lovely, its direct oceanfront balcony truly steals the show. Invite your friends or family outside for an evening of cocktails and dreamy views. The 7th floor balcony is furnished with four chairs and looks onto New Smyrna's driving beach. You'll find this spot to be your favorite place to begin and end each day.
When your yawns grow more frequent, say your goodnights and retire to the primary suite. The bedroom's combination of a soft king bed and flat-screen TV will grant you the blissful R&R you've been craving. In the morning, you'll be delighted to discover that you can enjoy the splendor of an ocean sunrise from the comfort of the bed! The nearby master bathroom accommodates with an updated, walk-in shower, extra-long vanity, and plenty of soft bath towels.

The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach
New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.
Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something for everyone.
