Open the glass sliding door to the private balcony where you will be awed by the ocean and intercostal water views. It's the one place to capture both a sunrise and sunset! There is a table and 4 chairs if you would like to enjoy some beverages in the Florida sunshine.

Directly adjacent to living room is the open dining area with a wooden table and chairs to comfortably sleep six. The kitchen is just steps away, so serving those delicious meals is a breeze. The open kitchen has been nicely updated with granite countertops, maple cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the essentials you may need during your stay. The breakfast bar and two stools are perfect for some quick lunches or snacks between your vacation activities and time spent down at the beach.

When you are ready to retire for the day, the bedrooms are ready for a soothing sleep. The primary bedroom is host to a king bed, flat-screen TV and large dresser for your personals. As an added bonus, the primary bathroom is spa-like with a jetted tub, walk-in shower and double sink vanity. This bathroom will make getting ready for a day of adventures a breeze. It will also provide a perfect retreat at the end of an exciting day- just pack a good book and you are set!

Stayed December 2023

"This was a good place to stay. Spacious and by the ocean. It is actually located in Port Orange and not Daytona beach area. The view of the ocean is ok from the side balcony in the living room and master bedroom. The view of the other bedrooms overlooking the road is beautiful too. The Master bedroom is ensuite with a nice Jacuzzi and lots of storage space. Too bad the pool was closed and beach access was under construction. There’s a public beach access outside the garage. There’s one dedicated parking for the unit and beach equipment for guests to use. The gym / club room is tiny. There’s a pool table in there but also some people working remotely so keep the sound low. Be prepared to drive if you want to move around as shops and restaurants are not close by. Elevators are wide, fast and spacious too."

"Excellent Unit: - Everything was perfect with the location, the building and our unit, except there was no effort underway by this or any of the neighboring condo buildings toward Hurricane repairs to the beach four months after the storm. Yes, we were informed of the tidal damage to the beach, pool and hot tub deck beforehand. But we learned that apparently everyone is waiting on FEMA money to start scheduling repairs? We would have thought some insurance would have started repairs first. But apparently that's not how it works? A little disappointing for someone from the Midwest to learn my tax dollars are needed to first start repairs on the Florida Coast after a Hurricane."
