If you love the beach, ocean breezes, and the privacy of watching the waves roll in from the comfort of your own oceanfront deck, this is the home for your next New Smryna Beach vacation. Outside the Living Room, there is an enormous, well maintained, wood deck with orange lounge chairs, a high-top table with 4 chairs and an orange umbrella, and breathtaking views of the Florida Atlantic Coast. Follow the stairs down to a second, only slightly smaller open deck made of the same handsome wood, and with an additional 4 lounge chairs. This deck also has stairs down to the first level, where you'll find the home's pool.

Note: The property has an 8-person, 4-vehicle maximum requirement. The home resides in a single-family, non-commercial neighborhood and is monitored by four exterior cameras for safety and liability purposes. Pool safety restrictions are listed in the check-in documents and must be observed. These occupancy, capacity and safety requirements are strictly enforced and were established by the owner to protect the property, its furnishings and to respect the privacy of the neighborhood. Occupancy is defined as the number of individuals in the house utilizing the property, not the number of people who stay throughout the night. If you plan on having additional people over to visit the property, please call property management for approval. If these rules do not suit your vacation needs, another rental would be better for your stay. Any reports of non-compliance might require additional charges and/or being asked to leave without refund.

As you travel the wood stairway down to the stone paved-trail to the beach, yellow daisies, sea grass, and Florida Sabal Palms spot your path. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the warm wood-paneled and wood-floored living room. Make yourself at home on this beautiful room's comfortable couches as you watch your favorite show on the huge wall mounted flat screen TV. This room is elegantly decorated with the owners' fine-looking memorabilia. A Dining Room Table that seats 4 is also located in this stunning room.

Throughout Decked Out House on Hill Street, you'll find hard wood deep golden floors and all wood doors stained a striking golden oak color. We provide free WIFI throughout the home, and your pet is welcome to vacation with you here! (Please note, pets are NOT allowed in the pool).

There is a beautifully dressed King size bed in the primary bedroom, an exquisite Oriental rug on the hard wood floor, vaulted ceilings, a TV inside the elegant armoire, and a ceiling fan rotating above. The primary bedroom faces the ocean. From the sliding glass doors in this room, you have access to the balcony outside. At the high-top table directly outside, you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and feel the Atlantic Ocean breeze.

Attached to the primary bedroom is the primary bathroom with opulent glass bowl sinks, marble counter tops, and rich wood furniture. Here you'll discover plenty of linens and towels for your use, and even a jetted tub.

Each of the other 3 bedrooms boast luxuriously dressed Queen size beds. Each beautiful in their own right, all 3 rooms have ceiling fans, high-quality furniture, new white frame windows, and attractive decorations. The second bedroom has a gorgeous tropical painting on the wall. The third bedroom's Queen size bed frame is an antique style black iron frame.

The upstairs bathroom has tiled floors and walls that are tiled the bottom half of the wall. There is a walk-in shower in this bathroom.

The tiled kitchen with off-white cabinetry, an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, even has a window that provides a spectacular view of the ocean! In one corner of the kitchen, there is bench seating and a stationary round table for additional eating space. The kitchen is stocked with all of the appliances you'll need to prepare meals on your vacation, with plenty of pantry space for food. So whether you decide to make your meals here, or enjoy the fare at the many local and well-respected restaurants in town, you're set either way.

The outstanding ground floor is an unexpected bonus of this great beach house! This space is a separate studio apartment on the 1st floor and it features a queen bed but it has a separate exterior entrance. (You enter the home on the main floor and the primary bedroom is on that floor with a king bed and there are 2 other bedrooms with queen beds.) There's a huge open space with two large slip-covered couches, another TV armoire, a Florida Marlin mounted on the wall. The kids are going to love this space and want to call it their own. This story has another kitchen with a mini fridge, coffee pot, and microwave, along with new stove top, sink and kitchen utensils! For added convenience, you'll find a 3rd bathroom with a shower and toilet on this floor as well. At over 3,400 square feet, not including the massive outdoor decks, there is plenty of room for your entire crew.
