The teal and brown tile will instantly catch your eye when you turn into the long, galley kitchen; it exudes a light and playful feel with its colorful backsplash, soothing blue grey walls, and light maple cabinets. Even those who don't consider themselves chefs will find themselves drawn in by pristine stainless-steel appliances and sparkling white granite countertops. Don't fret! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and more should you venture into the world of cooking!

Flowing from the kitchen and foyer you'll find an open living area comprised of the dining and living room. Invite your newly made friends for an evening spent eating and laughing around the circular, midcentury modern table that seats five. From the grey, ornate rug to the cushioned, upholstered dining chairs, you'll love impressing guests with the chic comfort that characterizes your home away from home. As the evening progresses, take advantage of the entry table's board games and books for relaxing quality time with your special someone and visiting friends.

You'll find the focal point of the condo to be the serene and stylish living room. With the plush grey couch and two armchairs (one leather, one upholstered), there's no better place to curl up and relax after a full day spent in the Florida sunshine. Kick back and relax in front of the large flat-screen TV; you can even watch a favorite movie from home since the condo provides a DVD player located in the farmhouse TV stand.

Before you retire for the night, spend the last bit of your evening rocking in one of the cushioned chairs to the sound of the crashing waves in the near distance. The balcony provides an exclusive view of both the non-driving beach and the complex's crystal-clear pool, as well as five chairs and a small table for you to enjoy the scenic views below.

When yawning becomes unavoidable, say your goodnights and retreat to the soft and airy primary bedroom. A downy king size bed with a stylish, upholstered headboard welcome you the moment you step into your restful haven. In addition to the light, cool tones of the bedding, the minimalistic wood dresser and side tables create a modern chic vibe within the room. Adjoining the bedroom, you'll find the primary bathroom that provides a walk-in shower, patterned wallpaper, and plenty of soft bath linens.

Those who stay in the guest bedroom will love the bright grey-blue walls and crisp, clean ambiance it provides. Two twin beds with coastal bedding and a flat-screen TV make this the perfect place for kids or visiting friends to stay in. The nearby guest bathroom accommodates with a standard tub and moveable shower head, beachy décor, and embroidered towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a washer and dryer, wireless internet and cable TV.

Please note that the complex stairs are damaged due to Hurricane Ian. Guests can use the public beach access 150 feet south of the complex.

For your shopping convenience, Publix grocery store is just 2.4 miles south on South Atlantic Avenue.
