"This place is wonderful! - This condo is as depicted. We had a great stay, and would definitely come back. The rental managers were very easy to work with and the process went off without a hitch. The sunsets in the morning were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins. The unit is within walking distance of Flagler Avenue and we did that several times. There is a grocery store and a drugstore also within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this place for adults and children."

"Great condo with amazing view of the ocean. We were a group of 6 and we had a very comfortable stay for a week. The condo was much bigger than we expected and the kitchen was well equipped. We were lucky to see two rocket launches from the condo balcony something we will always remember. We will be back soon :)"

"Stunning Biews - This is a unique beautiful spacious condo, with spectacular views of the ocean and beach. Pelicans regularly fly by at almost eye level, and we spotted a pod of dolphins cavorting in the surf.
Condo was well appointed, and very conveniently located near beach access, stores and restaurants. We would most definitely recommend and return to this property."

"Exactly what I saw in on the website. VERY nice unit. - This didn't feel like a rental unit at all. We felt as if we were guests in some ones home.............which we were. This spacious unit has very nice furnishings, appliances, cookware, dishes, linens. The location was wonderful. We loved the spacious balcony which provided sitting for all five adults and then some. Very clean. We plan to make this an annual visit and wouldn't stay anywhere else."

"Beautiful Condo - This property is gorgeous! The condo is on the end of the building with lots of windows. There was a hurricane coming our way during the week of our stay so it rained alot. Pretty much everyday. The windows are what saved us. It was so beautiful looking out at the storm. We all commented on how lucky were were to have those windows. I think it would have been a different vacation if we were in one of the inside units. The furniture was very comfortable. It was close to everything. Kitchen had everything. We rented a golf cart for the week and parked it in the garage. The place we rented the golf cart from had a weekly pass to drive on the beach so we didn't have to pay the enormous fee everyday. Drove it to the grocery store and to Flagler Avenue to the shops and restaurants super close by. Beds were comfortable. I would love to stay here again."

"Could Not Have Been Better! - We have been staying in ocean front condos up and down the Atlantic coast for over 25 years. This condo was the best unit we have ever had the pleasure of residing in! Our 2-week stay was an absolute pleasure. As my 40+ year career was in facilities management our tendency is to expect high quality in our rentals...this unit did not disappoint!
There was plenty of space as we only had 4 occupants, but even if we had 2 more, we all still would be more than comfortable. Being an end unit, we enjoyed plenty of natural light and views to the south. We experienced beautiful sunsets on the west balcony of bedroom three. The kitchen had, granite counter tops, quality appliances including an ice maker and more than adequate counter space. The unit was wonderfully decorated as well.
We always hope that the minor amenities would be provided, and this unit met most of those expectations which made our stay even more enjoyable such as living room recliners, comfortable dining room chairs, adequate closet hangers and bathroom towel bars and hooks, large screen TV with cable and internet, bedroom TVs with suitable viewing while laying down, strategically placed night lights, adequate and comfortable balcony furniture and spacious bathroom vanity counter tops.

"Amazing!! - We chose this because of the ocean front location and comfy living room (we travelled with an almost 93 year old). Weather wasn’t the most cooperative, however with the view we had it didn’t matter. "Great location in NSB. The condo was huge and was equipped with all that we needed for our week stay. Being a corner unit - the wrap around windows and views were amazing. We all enjoyed sitting out on the balcony each evening. The building is very quiet and we often times had the pool to ourselves throughout our stay. "The Malibu condo is everything is claims. It is beautiful and has gorgeous views. The beach is right there! The condo itself was much larger than I expected. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. We had everything we needed in the condo, including beach toys and towels. The kitchen was well-stocked, too. We used the pool (unheated) and hot tub throughout the stay. The parking was easy and there were many great restaurants nearby. We would return without hesitation!"

"Right on beach, beautiful sunrises - Clean, updated condo. There is brand new furniture in the living room, plus there are updates made in the bedrooms, and reading room. The beach is beautiful, great for early morning walks or spending the day lounging by the ocean. The condo has an unobstructed view of the ocean and specifically of the Kennedy Space Center. I have been coming here since 2007 and plan on coming for years to come."

"The most gorgeous beach in Florida - The spacious and beautifully decorated condo is right on New Smyrna Beach, a family friendly place with eve Doris fo lemonade and umbrellas with chairs...just steps away.
We did have issue with internet service, and was problem fo granddaughter who needed to work from condo that day. With the many pages of instructions nothing helped. The instructions need updating probably as Spectrum is probably the server. Few people the issues that owner might consider were left on the check out form"

"Great view & condo - Very nice condo, nicely furnished. Very clean and also quiet - very little noise from units around this one. South windows are nice due to the light they let in. Nicely lit at night - enough to read by, which is somewhat unusual. Parking indoors is good - with elevator access and carts it was easy to move in & out."

"Beautiful large condo and perfect beach location - WHOW !!! What a beautiful and spacious condo. Have just spent one week at # 704 The Malibu in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The condo is very large with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms and even when we had company for three nights and our group total was six the condo never felt crowded. And when only two of us were in residence the condo felt huge.
The furnishings were very nice, the master bedroom king size bed was super comfortable, and having four TV's kept everyone happy. The kitchen was furnished with every modern appliance and if you needed a chilled mug, you could find them in the freezer as well. The whole Malibu complex is only 28 condos so everything, the pool and the beautiful white sand beach were very close. Parking is on the first ground floor level in an enclosed gated garage and this was very nice and the lobby entrance to the elevators was also key pad coded and that was a very nice safety feature.
I had booked the condo through Great Ocean Condos and they were extremely professional and easy to work with. Gary was my contact person and he is sooooo nice.
The pictures of the condo look exactly like the condo so you will know what to expect when you book. Also, housekeeping did a great cleaning job and the condo was spotless upon our arrival.
I hope we have the opportunity to stay in this lovely condo again.
