While this space is styled with stainless steel appliances, tiled countertops, and white cabinetry, your favorite feature will be how it allows you to cook to a direct oceanfront view. Cooking is a serene experience as necessities are all within reach. The kitchen holds a crockpot, stainless steel toaster, electric wine bottle opener, mini-prep food processor, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and more.

Although Flagler Avenue's restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away, you and your family will love the at-home dining alternative. Gather around the dining room table for four and spend meals enjoying each other's company and the ocean scenery. Additional barstool seating for four is provided at the kitchen breakfast bar as well as two folding chairs.

In the interims you're not stretched out by the pool, you'll love relaxing in the cheery living room. The living room is arrayed in pastel hues and holds a pull-out couch, two armchairs, and a plush recliner. Kick back to your favorite shows on the 50" Smart TV equipped with cable, DVR, and Blu-Ray. In the evenings, this space can accomodate two guests with its queen Murphy bed.

Just beyond the sliding glass doors is the direct oceanfront view balcony. Pick a spot in one of the provided chairs and spend hours reading to the salty breeze. The fourth-floor balcony overlooks the complex's two pools, shuffleboard courts, and beach access. In the outdoor closet, you'll find boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys provided.

At the end of the day, you'll be more than ready to retire to the primary suite. The bedroom is arrayed in tropical greens and holds a king bed, mirrored dresser, and 42" Smart TV. Through the primary's walk-in closet is the primary bathroom which accommodates with a standard bathtub and plenty of bath towels.

Those sharing the second bedroom will love their stay as this bedroom features an exclusive glimpse of the Atlantic horizon. This room has a full and twin bed and a mounted 31" flat-screen TV. Guests can use the second bathroom which has a walk-in shower with a moveable showerhead and soft bath towels.
