A vacation getaway isn't complete without a dazzling direct view of the ocean! Ponce de Leon Towers 503 is the quintessential NSB condo as it has everything from amazing amenities to 24/7 views of the shore. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo allows six guests to experience ocean sunrises, beachfront dining, and quick access the sand and waves below.

Relaxation begins the moment you walk through the condo's door. Light walls, tile flooring, and a blue horizon usher guests into vacation mode.

As you settle in, step into the chic kitchen to put away your groceries. This space mixes sophistication with a modern flare; marble countertops, subway tile backsplash, grey wood cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances create an aesthetic atmosphere. If cooking is your Zen, you'll find the kitchen well-stocked with essentials. A Keurig and drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and more are provided. Meals can be served at either the breakfast bar for two or the dining table for four.

After long walks on the beach and hours by the pool, you'll be ready to continue R&R in the living room. This area has a large sectional and armchair that look onto the serene sea. Once curled up on the couch, you and yours can enjoy shows and movies on the flat-screen TV equipped with a Fire Stick. Streaming apps are available, just bring your own log-ins!

If you'd rather spend every moment in the fresh, salty air, venture to the fifth-floor balcony. A lounge chair and a dining set for two allow guests to comfortably kick back and take in the scenery. The condo is located along the driving section of New Smyrna Beach and is right by the complex's beach access.

When your eyes grow heavy from a day in the sun, say your goodnights and retire to the primary bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed, private balcony entrance, flat-screen TV with a Fire Stick, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The others in your party will find a great night's rest in the second bedroom furnished with a king/twin bunk bed and a twin trundle. This space also has a flat-screen TV with Roku. Guests can use the nearby bathroom which has a standard bathtub and plenty of plush towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is high-speed internet, streaming service apps, a DVD player, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, beach chairs and toys, and the best views of NSB. Your fur baby is welcome to vacation with you!

Ponce de Leon Towers includes a laundry room located close to the elevator and exterior south stairwell.

Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. The complex is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and less than 2 miles from the popular Flagler Avenue and the area's main grocery store.

Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.
