"May Vac - The property was nice and a great view to the beach. The power went out just after we got there and some people were stuck in the elevator. The maintenance person didn't seem to care and said the people surely had a phone and they could call 911. I called them myself to hopefully lesson the time they spent locked in"

"Perfect small family condo! - The only reason I didn’t give everything 5 stars was because it was just on the edge of the drive beach. It was about a block away. Everything else was great! There was no extra toilet paper except the one roll provided, which went fast with a family."

"Clean, well appointed, views that can't be beat - Very comfortable condo; clean, open, bright, and cheerful. View of the beach was fantastic; high enough up (8th floor) to not hear any noise, other than the waves on the beach. Kitchen stocked with more than ample cookware and dishware. Plenty of bedding, linen, and towels. Great place for a low stress vacation experience. Great neighbors and staff. Would absolutely rent again."

"Ponce Deleon Unit 803 - We really enjoyed our stay at the property and the pictures were a true representation of the property. Sometimes that's not the case. The only issue we had was the one day there was a pretty major rain storm (Sat 7/22) and when we came back from the beach water from the outside had washed under the door into the kitchen. The maintenance worker was on the 8th floor sweeping water with a squeegie so I'm not sure if he accidentally pushed the water into the condo in his effort to sweep away the water from the outside watlkway. But it was quite a mess. We had to use all of our towels to soak it up - which we did wash. I am very interested in booking another unit with you but we would like to see about getting two units next to each and we would like to be on a lower floor. Although the view was amazing. It was one of our favorite things to do - just to sit and watch the waves.

"Gorgeous Condo - We were originally disappointed that we were unable to stay in the condo complex that we had in the past & spent weeks researching for a substitution. We chose Unit 803, having never stayed that far down the beach and we were so happy that we did. The condo was beautiful, well equipped and the no drive beach was absolutely perfect. Everyone was friendly, the location and views from the balcony were amazing. We spent every morning & evening having coffee and enjoying the ocean views. Don't hesitate to rent this condo, you won't be disappointed.

"Beautiful condo - This is 2nd unit I have stayed in at this complex. Unit was beautiful and appeared to have been recently updated. Very clean, neat, spacious and uncluttered. We ate most of our meals out on the balcony, couldn't resist with the wonderful views. Will definitely stay again and again. All the amenities you could ask for (both in the unit and the complex)."
