Located in the family-friendly Sea Coast Gardens II complex, this well-equipped one-bedroom, one bath condo has direct views of the ocean and pools from the living room and bedroom.

As you enter this cozy getaway you will be welcomed with a comfy living space that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. The fully stocked kitchen has solid wood cabinetry with clean white countertops and appliances. It has plenty of cooking essentials to create home cooked meals. Right next to the kitchen is the dining room with a table and four chairs. In the living room, a sofa and two chairs offer a nice place to relax after a fun day at the beach. The large flat-screen TV is equipped with cable, so guests can enjoy their favorite shows. Directly off the living room is a sliding glass door to the covered balcony where you can take in a beautiful sunrise, views of the beach and community pools.

Tired after a fun day in the sun, retire to the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, large flat-screen smart TV and plenty of dresser space for your belongings Views of the ocean can be seen right from the comfort of your pillows.

The nicely updated bathroom has a standard bathtub, shower with glass enclosure, vanity and large mirror. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests.

You'll be just as happy inside a Sea Coast Gardens Condo as outside. Inside you'll find beautiful one- and two-bedroom accommodations. At only five stories, every condo is easily accessed. On the outside, you'll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.

Good Value, Great Location

Great location close to the beach with a heated pool and just minutes away from the artsy Flagler St. and historic Canal St. areas. Not much to complain about. The code-access keypad was finicky.

Beautiful condo amazing views my only suggestion is to remove the sign about parking in someone else’s space will get you towed it’s not the message I get it’s the sign itself very unprofessional for such a beautiful place it looks like the sign was written in crayon on piece of wood

Family Time at Beach

Very cute apartment; small but all 1 or 2 people would need; bathroom tiny so 4 people would be feeling cramped; great view of ocean and sunrise; pool area is fabulous and easy to get on/off beach.

This nice condo had everything I needed and even a view of the water from the porch! Comfortable bed and very, very helpful hosts! Lot of shopping and restaurants close by. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting New Smyrna Beach.

Great view!

Fantastic rental experience. This unit has a great, straight ocean view and private balcony. Well equipped with linens, kitchen accessories, and beach items. The only issue we had was with the internet connection, which was spotty at best.
