"Cute beach stay - The condo location is nice on the no drive part of the beach and near the main drag on Flagler. Check in and out was easy. Having a designated parking spot was a plus with the spring break crowds. Nice one bedroom place well stocked with books and beach chairs for those looking to relax."

"Smart Choice - This condo is smart choice. A ground floor unit makes it easy to get in and out (luggage, groceries, beach items,etc), No elevator to wait on. Parking is so close and the beach is only 150 feet from the door. The beach is clean and in a no-drive zone so there is no vehicle interruptions.
The pools are clean and fun for the entire family. The sun deck is such a bonus. Chairs at the ready make this spot an afternoon delight.
The bed was VERY comfortable. The condo is nicely decorated and affords all the comforts of home. We really had a nice stay and enjoyed this condo. (The only con that we had is that sleeping 4 here was a bit tight.)"

"We love it. The Weather was perfect!!!!!! - Sea Coast Garden is a very nice place to stay. The condo we stay in was the idea condo for 2 people it was 1 bedroom and king size very clean and we love it. "Just Perfect! - We recently visited New Smyrna Beach and stayed at this beautiful condo. It was very cozy, but could fit even a handful of friends or family with the pull out sofa and all of the seating. The decor made this condo very comfortable and had a great homey feel. The beach is gorgeous and there were so many amazing restaurants and shops nearby. We ran out of time to do everything we wanted to do. New Smyrna Beach is, by far our favorite place to visit and we plan on renting this condo again. It had an amazing value for being just steps from the beach. I can't wait for our next visit!"

"Gem of a Condo!! - Would never have imagined such a quality beach experience possible without a beachfront condo! Selected this condo for the value but will definitely return as I've never felt more beach renewed than after this vacation! This condo is on the no drive area of New Smyrna Beach (my fav beach ever) and the complex has two beautiful pools with a beachfront deck area that is perfect at sunset. After spending my day on the beautiful beach, by late afternoon I'm ready to enjoy the lovely pools (kids were usually concentrated in one pool leaving the other nearly empty) and read a book on the deck watching the sun go down! Returning to this beautifully decorated, cozy condo after such a day.... perfect vacation! There are fabulous restaurants in the area to be enjoyed but on full beach days the totally equipped kitchen makes home meal prep a joy! And... I loved the walk in shower! Will most certainly be returning to this little gem just steps around the corner from beachfront and.... at these rates... I can stay longer!! So happy I took a chance on a condo without beachfront! Sooooooo worth it!"

"The most beautiful condo experience in New Smyrna Beach! - I stayed in this one-bedroom New Smyrna Beach condo recently with my family and we were so impressed. I have never seen a better decorated and immaculate vacation rental. The furnishings and overall decor were completed to a very high standard. We additionally had all the luxuries of home in this condo, despite it being just one-bedroom. The amount of space was amazing, as we expected it to be much smaller. The overall condominium complex was very nice as well and you are just steps from the beach and a very luxurious swimming pool. We could easily walk to nearby restaurants and activities with ease and felt very safe in this area. I highly recommend this condo!"
