Before you stretch out in a beach chair, you’ll want to explore this 5,000 sqft house you get to call home. Park your vehicles in either the single car garage or adjacent 2.5-car garage and walk up to the beautiful first level. 2 Tesla / EV Charging ports, one in each garage. The first floor is ideal for young adults or 2 couples. This suite gives 4 guests with their own fully stocked kitchen, dining table, living room, and bedroom. The living room boasts of a sleeper sofa, 65” Smart TV, and private balcony. The bedroom holds a king bed and nearby is a bathroom with a shower.

Walk up to the second floor to unpack your luggage in one of the three bedrooms on this level. One lucky couple can claim the high-end coastal primary bedroom. This space holds a king bed, 55” Smart TV, spacious closet, private balcony entrance, and even a wet bar with a wine cooler. Adjoining the bedroom is the bathroom of your dreams. This bathroom has patterned tile flooring, a long double vanity, a freestanding tub, and large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom on this level is ideal for those who love the boho chic aesthetic. Along with a designer’s touch, this bedroom provides guests with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is located nearby and provides a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom. A pull-out daybed allows for an additional 2 people in your party.

When you and your family aren’t enjoying the beach or exploring Flagler Avenue, you’ll find yourselves gathered in the main living area on the third floor. This magazine-worthy living space is not only aesthetic, but also functional for your group of 12. Family meals can be made in the chic kitchen that boasts of white cabinetry, a professional range oven, and stainless-steel appliances. Features such as a wine cooler, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and an ocean view elevate this space.

Meals can be served at the dining table for 8, breakfast bar for 4, or the outdoor dining table for 10. After dinner, head to the living area to relax on one of the plush couches or armchairs. The living room has a 75” Smart TV equipped with cable and streaming service apps.

Those that prefer R&R outside can head up from the balcony to the crow’s nest. The crow’s nest has a sweeping view of the Atlantic Ocean and the nearby beach access. We recommend coming up here in the morning to watch the ocean sunrise!

The home’s fifth bedroom is located on the third floor and accommodates two guests with a king bed and nearby bathroom.

Sea View Play is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable, Smart TVs, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a grill, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a half bathroom on the main level, a crow’s nest, and private garage/driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles.

The home is a 7-minute walk from the famous Flagler Avenue. You'll find cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques, beach rentals, and more here. It's also a 3-minute drive from the local grocery store.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.
