With the salty breeze on your face and the ocean on the horizon, you'll find your seaside paradise in Villa del Mar. This four-bedroom, four-bathroom getaway resides along the prestigious Hill Street and is a 2-minute walk from the shore. When you aren't spending hours by the tide, you'll love the home's interior that caters to family relaxation. Its spacious layout beckons 10 guests to kick back, reconnect, and make memories.
Your excitement will only grow as you pull into the Spanish-style home's driveway. As the house is right by the residential beach access, you'll be tempted to head straight to the sand and surf awaiting you.
Before you do so, take the time to explore all 3-stories of Villa del Mar. The first-floor greets guests with a relaxed living area. This space is furnished with leather couches, exercise equipment, a foosball table and a 55" Smart TV. The youngest in your group will claim it as their hang-out spot due to its casual appeal. Kids will find a playroom with a playhouse and toys provided. Two can stay in the nearby bedroom which has a queen bed and a nearby bathroom with a standard bathtub.
Venture to the second-floor to unpack your luggage in one of the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom is the quintessential couple's retreat as a king bed, 50" Smart TV, sun deck, and en-suite bathroom make it a peaceful sanctuary. The bathroom pampers guests with a Kholer Greek soaking tub and walk-in shower.
The kids will love the second bedroom which hosts a twin trundle and double bed, a 50" Smart TV, sun deck, and bathroom with a double vanity and shower. Another couple will be equally thrilled to stay in the second bedroom which has a king bed, 50" Smart TV, and a walk-in closet.
Once everyone has settled in, start your R&R on the third-floor. This level hosts the home's main living areas and fabulous ocean views. While Flagler Avenue's restaurants are less than a 5-minute drive away, you'll love the option of staying in and making your favorite recipes. The kitchen is updated with a sleek, modern layout, dark cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Those with an affinity for cooking will be delighted with features such as a wolf gas range double convention oven and stove pot filler. Everyday items such as a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French Press, toaster, crockpot, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, cookware, etc. are provided.
Family meals can be enjoyed one of three places. The breakfast bar is perfect for quick bites and the dining table for 8 is ideal for formal sit-down meals. Those who prefer dining al fresco can take their plates to the third-story balcony. From ample seating to dazzling views of the Atlantic horizon, this space was made for outdoor lovers.
At the end of a day spent on New Smyrna's shore, everyone will be eager to relax in the chic living room. Claim a spot on the comfortable couches or pick a seat on any of the accent chairs. You and yours can watch your favorite movies and shows as the 50" Smart TV has cable and streaming service apps. Those who work remotely will find a desk with a great view waiting for them.
This beach house is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, Smart TVs, black-out curtains, a drip coffee maker, a washer/dryer, foosball table, exercise equipment, a playroom, a beach cooler, and private driveway parking for four vehicles. The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach
New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.
Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something here for everyone!

"Our vacation stay - Overall everything went well except a few hiccups like low water pressure in 2nd floor shower and washer. Washer and dryer needs to be upgraded ( lowest point of our stay) Upstairs kitchen was great, bedrooms were clean. House was clean. Overall we had a great time. Oh, front and especially the back door needs an extra dead bolt or some kind of extra security. And yes, I would stay here again."

"Another fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Great memories were created in a space that was extremely convenient for the week."

"Beautiful - but too many stairs - There were too many flights of stairs for us. With our pups we had to go up & down way too often. Use of the elevator would have been very helpful. We won’t be staying there again."

"we loved the house. the location was nice. everything we needed was at our finger tips. thank you for letting us stay at you home."

"Great family house - House was great for a good size family. Plenty of space to gather and place for little ones to play."

"Great house - Everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach chairs"

"Rest and Relaxation - Well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful for our group. I wish the elevator was operational as one guest had a knee problem and had trouble with 3 flights of stairs. Also, getting groceries to the 3rd floor kitchen was challenging, but overall, it was a great property."

"Perfect Paradise - The home got our needs perfectly. Enough space to sleep, relax, dine, & rinse off after long days at the beach. Ample parking so we could rent golf carts & enough storage outside to keep our beach toys. Literally minutes of walking from the beach & a short drive to anything your heart desires."

"Blessed - Our stay ended up being one of the best vacations we have ever had. New Smyrna is a complete hidden treasure, but the location and updated house took our vacation to another level. Great job and look forward to staying there again."

"Rescued - We had booked a different property that was infested with cockroaches. We found this place at the last minute and it was phenominal. Wish we had found it first. We will be back next year."

"House of Hill Street - Our family stayed here the week of the 4th for my husband’s birthday. We visit NSB often but this is now our new favorite place. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and our Labrador. We cooked several nights here and dined at local restaurants other nights. The area was quiet and a minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back."

"Good family spot - Nice family house very convenient to grocery, restaurant, Flagler Avenue, and Canaveral National Shore. House is as described, with well-equipped kitchen. Ample porch space catches breezes from multiple directions, and the beach is closer than you'd think. There are a lot of stairs, which over the week become difficult for older and less mobile family members. Move-in and grocery days are a workout better left to younger nieces and nephews.
Overall, would recommend. There are few vacation properties in the area that aren't high-rise condos, and it's clear that the owners (and neighbors) care about the property and neighborhood."

"Beach, Rocket launches and Location - Good location few doors down from three public beach stairs and Handicap access.
House is well appointed and as advertised.
Buy some bikes from one of the big box stores in the area or rent some E-bikes based on length of stay.
National park short car ride as well as a dog beach and park the county owns.
Long Beach walks and Sunrises !!
Look forward to returning."
