Shore Villas is located on the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1970 and has 32 individual condos. They offer two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. Shore Villas is a beachfront condominium with their two buildings just 20 feet from the sand and seawall, making it one of the closest condominiums to the ocean in all of New Smyrna Beach. The complex is very close to historic Flagler Avenue with all of the town’s best restaurants and shopping. There is a seasonally heated pool and sun deck to relax on, as well as plenty of open parking for guests.
