Every vacation has a budget and at Great Ocean Condos and Homes, we think everyone deserves a New Smyrna Beach getaway. Because of this, we have created a unique Economy Line of vacation homes. These properties have great locations and some have breathtaking views! The Economy Line features a lowered booking fee of $29 and decreased, non-refundable, damage waiver of $39 which covers up to $500 of accidental damage to the property. Of course you always have the option of a $500 refundable security deposit in lieu of the damage waiver which, upon inspection of the property, is returned to you 2-3 weeks after your departure.
