Great Ocean Condos staff

We loved the condo and the location. We had 6 young adults and my husband and I. We had plenty of room but not enough seating for everyone in the living space (couch and love seat only). The table only sat 6 so 2 of us had to sit at the high top bar. There should be seating for more. We took most of our own cooking supplies, but did have to use the pots and pans. They have seen better days. The 2 big downfalls were no tv’s in 3 of the bedrooms and only one parking space. We had 2 vehicles and it was hard to find parking for the second one. There isn’t enough parking at the location. That should be updated in the info about the condo!!!! We would rent here again but would hope for some of the above things to be considered.

We enjoyed our trip together. The condo was very clean & roomy. However, we needed TV’s in each bedroom. Sometimes the codes for the building & the gate did NOT work. The chairs at the dinning table had to be tightned. In the master bedroom bath needs a different shower caddy. (The soap falls thru.) The blinds over the windows & sliding door were Great. Our overall stay was the best. We felt like this unit had recently been refurbished.

The condo was perfect for a blended family. Everyone had their own space and plenty of room to also come together. The whole place was clean and we had great view from the back door and balcony. We would definitely come back and stay again.

We came down for Daytona 500 and had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect! It was spacious and spotless! The owners thought of little things that you may not realize you needed during a week stay. The only suggestion I would have would be to have TVs in the other bedrooms (currently one in living room and one in master bedroom). The view of the ocean was gorgeous and the balcony overlooked the pool. The pictures were exactly how the condo looked. We would love to come back!

Everything was perfect. Four-bedroom condos are hard to find and this one not only had the bedrooms we needed - but the place was also clean, well located and had everything we needed. Great corner unit on 2nd floor - easy to see kids at the pool and a spectacular view. of the ocean. I had two children (8 and 9) and 2 grandparents (66 and 71 - with some limited mobility) and the condo met the needs of everyone. Thanks for an awesome vacation.

We loved the condo! It was perfect and in a perfect location! I had never stayed this far south @ Daytona, and found that it was definitely more my speed. I enjoyed the more laidback feel of the area.
The little extras at the condo were also appreciated! Everything we needed was there! The extra beach towels, chairs, cooler, and the Starbucks coffee were spot on! Those added extras made our stay so much more enjoyable! The condo also being a corner unit on the beach access side was very convenient :-) I hope to have the opportunity to stay again -soon!!!
