My family visited this condo a few weeks ago with six adults and two small children and we can't say enough good things about our stay. Access to the pool and beach could not have been easier, and the there was still a beach view even on the first floor. The condo was extremely clean and well-equipped. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Stay was wonderful. 100/10 recommend! For first floor rental, the beach view was beautiful. Huge patio, would have been nice to have beach toys for kids to play in the sand, the umbrella was rusted and missing 1/2 the pool so it was too short to use on the beach. The beach was DEAD from our rental, to the left/right it was busy. The unit is very spacious, we had 4 adults and 2 kids. Great layout. Brand new bedding/towels. KITCHEN was equipped with literally EVERYTHING, we cooked meals every single day. We have t-mobile for phone provider and inside our unit there was 0 service. Outside the unit -no issues. We experienced issues with the ac, seemed to be a wiring issue.. ac would pop in and out of connection, we didn't have to go without ac long but hoping the issue was corrected for the next renters. POOL HOURS, I understand it's for the noise levels, however the best part of vacation for my kids would have been the night swimming. My key got stuck in the box to turn on/off the Jett's. The outlet for the jets was not secured, the hardwire was very loose -dangerous to use when your wet. The hours for the spa was nice 10pm however the jets never worked so the hot-tub was unusable. It was also filthy dirty, not only was there sand (to be expected on a beach property) but it's clear the filters don't work. Location was great, we WILL be staying here again, this exact unit

What a great spot in NSB. Wraparound back patio was amazing and the rooms were in great shape. Parking was a bit different than described in the check-in details, but the host was very responsive to help get it sorted out. All of the neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely look at booking again.

Great Condo, well stocked kitchen cookware and appliances, love that it has a washer and dryer, wonderful view of the ocean, covered parking. The staff were very responsive to our questions. Its one of the few in NSB that has a hot tub. Highly recommend.
