The units here are all 3 bedroom/3 bath units with modern, fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The complex was built in 2006 and down to the smallest detail, these high-end beach condos are top-notch. Atlantic Vilas has a pool with a separate hot tub on a pristine pool deck that faces the ocean. Every unit has spacious balconies with fabulous views.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. This was a beautiful and spacious condo that comfortably slept my family of 8. It had an incredible 6th floor balcony view of the ocean, garage parking, pool, hot tub, washer and dryer, towels, beach toys, lots of board games for when you want quiet time and a full kitchen. It is only a few minutes away from Flagler Ave! I couldn't recommend this condo enough!

Beautiful spacious condo and location with a full kitchen and enough beds to sleep our family of 8. It was clean and there was a very good selection of board games for cooler days earlier in our stay. The 6th floor balcony ocean view was incredible. There was a hot tub and pool and we had access to the parking garage which was a great accommodation.

Had a wonderful family visit at 601. We used the new board games everyday and was a great open environment for us to be together. Very spacious, clean, loved have full sized laundry and kitchen, quick access to the pool, beach, and Flagler shops/restaurants. 601 is ideal for a great ocean view being closest to the beach and high up in the complex. Will definitely be back!

This condo was amazing and absolutely perfect for my group of 6!! We were in town for a wedding and this provided the perfect place for us to relax together.
The check-in process is in a separate website, so make sure you look at that in advance. You will need to instructions to know how to park and the specifics of turtle nesting season. It is very easy to understand though.
There are starter packs of toilet paper and lots of cooking supplies and we really appreciated all of the towels. There were even beach towels in the unit ! Just make sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, soaps.
The view was spectacular and greater than I imagined. It was great to take morning beach walks together, and this place has super easy beach access. We also loved the pool.

The property was just as described. Very clean and nicely decorated. Lots of room and the ocean view was beautiful. We loved watching dolphins on the ocean every morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment, great location. We enjoyed the beach and pool. Convenient location, walking distance to Flagler Ave. Please have the HVAC balanced. The AC circulation to the back bedroom was poor.
