Inside, this thoughtfully designed home is all about gathering together while still giving everyone space to spread out. The large family room features two separate living areas — one side with comfortable recliners, a sofa, and TV for movie nights or game days, while the other side offers another sofa and relaxed seating area perfect for conversation, reading, or simply unwinding. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to large family dinners and features abundant cabinet space, a double oven, bar seating for four, and a dining table that comfortably seats six. Terrazzo and tile flooring run throughout most of the home for easy cleanup, while carpet in the living room, primary bedroom, and bunk room adds warmth and comfort. The split floorplan provides both privacy and flexibility for groups of all sizes. The spacious primary suite serves as a relaxing retreat with a king bed, TV, recliner, dresser, two chest-of-drawers, two large closets, and a linen closet, giving guests plenty of room for extended stays. The queen bedroom is located just off the dining and living area and features an open-concept layout with no door separating it from the main living space. Patio sliders provide direct access to the backyard and bring in plenty of natural light. This room includes a TV, and armchair. Connected to the queen room is a large walk-through closet area that is perfect for storing luggage, clothes, and vacation extras. This space leads directly into the bunk room, creating a fun connected layout ideal for kids and cousins. The bunk room features two double-over-double bunk beds positioned end-to-end for sleepovers full of laughter and late-night stories. Included is a dresser, closet, 2 bean bag chairs, storage cubbies for toys or devices, and fun string lighting for a cozy atmosphere. It is located off of the living room but with a door, allowing it to be closed off privately when needed. Even if the shared closet door is closed between the bunk room and queen room- the queen bedroom still remains open to the dining room area - perfect space for the guest that likes to be in the mix and or be accessible to kiddos at all times. The guest bathroom includes a tub and shower combination with a handheld shower head, making bath time easy for children and convenient for guests of all ages. For entertainment, the living room closet contains a karaoke machine along with a collection of DVDs, CDs, and VHS tapes. Players are not included, but guests are welcome to bring their own.
