Was a little disappointed about the laundry. I thought it was in unit and not coin/card operated. Also was disappointed by the elevator right next to our room being out of service. Overall was an excellent experience and would go back.

This condo is beautifully styled. The unit was bright and clean. The pool area & pool were also extremely clean. The pool looked larger in person. It even had an 8ft. section (roped off). There are plenty of linnens, blankets, pillows, bath & beach towels. There were no beach chairs. We purchased 2, cleaned the sand off & left in the master closet for future renters. Also left a clean styrofoam cooler for condo and 2 plastic travel cups with lids as there were none. There are no plastic food storage contsiners. The beds were comfy and the condo the bedrooms are both good sized. The view from the balcony was also nice. The location was also great. It was very quite but is minutes in driving distance to the busy New Smyrna beach. There is also an amazing little old style italian restaurant that you can walk to across the street which we enjoyed very much.

Everything was just as described the condo. was set up very well for my husband who has muscular dystrophy and needs a tall toilet and a rollin shower or just a slight rise to allow him to step in which is how this condo was set up in the one bathroom. We will stay here again for sure. The only thing we would like to have next time if possible is a unit that is turned so you could get some sun. Thank you once again. Rhonda Cowdrey

This place was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated, and very clean. Easy access to the beach made for perfect morning and evening walks, and very easy to grab lunch and jump in the pool throughout the day. Restaurants, grocery store and ice cream are an easy walk across the street. It is obvious that the owners and rental company take very good care of the property. The condo had a kitchen stocked with essential cooking equipment and dishes. The family had a great trip.

We enjoyed this well-refreshed and beautifully appointed condo and didn't really seem to mind that the whole property itself, like most of the area condos, are somewhat older. We would 100% return. The bedrooms are pretty far apart and offered privacy from eachother. It was well stocked with towels and supplies. 3 restaurants, nails, laundromat, ice cream and dollar general market were across the street. Laundry was on same floor. Elevator was broken for about a month-it would be good to advise the guests of that as we hauled our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Since we arrived after hours, finding our unit was somewhat confusing as the office's property map did not have this unit on it and there was no parking spot with our unit number. We were grateful to the condo company to request the prompt callback from the on-site property manager--it was resolved quickly. The humid salt air is such that they ask you do not keep windows and doors open. New Smyrna is a little drive away.

I don't know where to start. The condo check in was seamless. Overwhelmed with the cleanliness and modern set up. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were so beautiful - I took pictures for my handyman to try and replicate! Towels, sheets, pillows - all wonderful! We need an extra pool bracelet and the owner was incredibly fast at responding. I hope I can rent THIS CONDO again!
