This direct oceanfront, first-floor condo delivers the perfect mix of comfort and location, with beautiful views of the pool and ocean right out front. The two-bedroom unit sleeps up to six and features a king primary suite with an ensuite bath, plus a guest bedroom with two double beds and a separate guest bathroom.

While located on the first floor, the condo is not ground level—you’ll enjoy a spacious private balcony (not a patio), ideal for relaxing with a view and keeping an eye on the kiddos. The space has a casual, beachy vibe and includes a convenient in-unit washer and dryer.

The galley kitchen is functional, well-equipped, and opens seamlessly into the dining area, which seats four, with additional bar seating for three. You’re just an easy 7-minute walk to historic Flagler Avenue, and the unit includes one assigned parking space for your stay.

Coronado Towers is an oceanfront condominium complex located on the driving section of the beach, offering stunning direct oceanfront views from every unit. Built in 1969, the complex features 44 spacious two-bedroom/two-bath and three-bedroom/two-bath condos, all designed for comfort and convenience. Each condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, fresh linens, and a reserved parking space. Guests can enjoy a heated oceanfront pool just steps from the beach, complete with a pool deck, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and a poolside grilling area overlooking the ocean. The location provides easy access to beach activities such as bicycling, surfing, windsurfing, and fishing, and is just a short seven-minute walk from historic Flagler Avenue, New Smyrna Beach’s lively entertainment district filled with cafes, restaurants, beach bars, and unique shops.

New Smyrna Beach is the second oldest town in Florida and what many recall as "the old Florida of yesterday". Quaint shops on historic Flagler Ave and friendly folks are what New Smyrna is all about. We are only 15 miles south of Daytona, and 55 miles east of Orlando. Great 9 night stay in NSB. Could wake each morning to search for turtles, walk to Breakers for an amazing burger and rum runner followed by ice cream. Such a great location with a well-equipped condo and awesome pool. Would come again!
