The condo’s well-equipped kitchen opens up to the living area, offering beautiful views while you prepare your morning coffee. The dining room's round glass table invites you to enjoy meals together with an ocean backdrop, and the living room, with plush seating and a flat-screen TV, is perfect for relaxation. The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed and large windows with stunning beach views, while the guest bedroom, with two twin beds and a fun, playful vibe, is ideal for kids. With ample linens, beach chairs, a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and cable TV, Coronado Towers 201 provides all the comforts of home, just steps from the beach.

Coronado Towers is located on the driving section of the beach and offers amazing oceanfront condos. Built in 1969, there are 44 units in the complex. There are 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath and 3 Bedroom/ 2 Bath units, which are all direct oceanfront. The complex has a heated oceanfront pool, just steps from the beach. You can relax by the pool as well on their pool deck that has umbrellas and lounge chairs. There is also a grilling area poolside overlooking the beach. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, and cable TV. Linens are also provided and you will receive a reserved parking space. There is free WIFI available in all of their units. Coronado Towers is located just walking distance from historic Flagler Avenue.
New Smyrna Beach is the second oldest town in Florida and what many recall as "the old Florida of yesterday". Quaint shops on historic Flagler Ave and friendly folks are what New Smyrna is all about. We are only 15 miles south of Daytona, and 55 miles east of Orlando. You can enjoy everything from Central Florida's amusement parks, Kennedy Space Center, to relaxing on what some consider "the best beach in the world."

"We always enjoy vacationing at New Smyrna Beach and having a great place to stay makes it even better. Coronado Towers is located just far enough out of town that it is quiet but close enough to walk to Flagler. The rooms are clean and the views are amazing. Is there anything better than being able to walk right out into the beach? You won’t regret bringing your family and (including the dog! 😊) to this condo."

"The location and condo were great, right on the beach and just as described. This is the second year in a row we have had a bit of a challenge with check in. The hours published were different from the hours the office was actually open. We called and never got a call back. Seems odd on a busy check in day that you can’t reach someone to help you with questions. The company has moved from the location listed in their website and we could not find the new address. Overall the stay was really good but the company needs to do better with check in"

"Christmas on the beach - A wonderful condo and complex that is steps from the beach! Great Ocean Reps were professional, polite, and accommodating. The on-site manager was extremely helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. The only things we would have changed would have been to reserve a first floor condo, only because taking our doggo to go potty meant carrying him up and down the stairs! Also, the county beach ordinances restricted us from taking our dog to the beach on the property. Had we known that he wouldn’t be able to enjoy the beach there, we may have opted to stay inland at a house or on the beach in a county that allows pets on the beach."

"The location was perfect, a couple miles from New Smyrna Dunes Park which is amazing! 1/3 mile to walk to Flagler Ave with lots of restaurants and shops! Walkout from pool to beach. Pool was very nice. Quiet location. Condo was very nice and comfortable. Could use a deep clean on bathroom grout and ac filters but other than that it was great!"

"Great unit and location - Location of property is great - ocean front. This isn't a luxury resort but it's all you really need. The unit though the 2nd floor still had outstanding views. It's a corner unit 201 and you not only get the balcony view but a wall of windows directly to the ocean. So convenient to Flaggler and lots of food and drinks. Easy walk maybe 5 minutes. Beach access from property pool. Also vehicle access to beach was great for a drive. Even though unit is on the beach it was nice to pack the car with chairs, tents and all the beach stuff and drive right on the beach to park and set up for the day. Just load the truck back up for the next day and not have to haul anything from the room. $20 per day gives you 1 day access. Week long pass was $100 which is what we did. Unit had everything we needed, plenty of towels and sheets. Very clean and a nice layout that easy accommodated my wife and i and 2 kids. The master was very good size. second bedroom had 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa so more could sleep in that room. Master bed wasn't the greatest but doable for a week. Comfortable couches. Very close to Publix . would stay there again. Pool was decent too."

"Beautiful condo with a fantastic view - I have to admit we chose this condo just for the fabulous ocean view -- that really makes my vacation special. It's a corner unit, and we could see the ocean and beautiful beach from our bedroom, living room and dining area. There's also a good sized balcony that overlooks the beach and pool area. The living area and bedrooms were really big and decorated nicely. The kitchen functioned well for the small amount of cooking we did. There were beach chairs, sand toys and even a cooler available to use. Everything you would need for a beach vacation. And we loved being able to take a short walk down the beach and then up Flagler for eating, shopping, etc. Would definitely stay here again, and I'm recommending it to friends as well. Very nice!"

"Perfect Vacation Directly on the Beach - My husband and I met my sister and her husband for a one week New Smyrna Beach vacation. The unit was ideal with the bedrooms being bigger than I expected. Actually everything was bigger and better than I expected--even the closets. And the spectacular view was a big bonus because we could see everything going on all the way down the beach with the corner windows. I ended up bringing way too many things that I didn't need such as beach towels, chairs, cause everything was provided. Nice quick walks to Flagler's restaurants and bars. Will stay again!"
