A private pool adds to the relaxed, secluded atmosphere—ideal for cooling off after a day on the sand or simply enjoying a quiet morning float.

The home resides in a single-family, non-commercial neighborhood and is monitored by four exterior cameras for safety and liability purposes. Pool safety restrictions are listed in the check-in documents and must be observed. These occupancy, capacity, and safety requirements are strictly enforced and were established by the owner to protect the property, and its furnishings and to respect the privacy of the neighborhood. Occupancy is defined as the number of individuals in the house utilizing the property, not the number of people who stay throughout the night. If you plan on having additional people over to visit the property, please call property management for approval. If these rules do not suit your vacation needs, another rental would be better for your stay. New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Fabulous week in New Smyrna
We really enjoyed being able to walk right out onto the beach. Lots of walks on the beach and we enjoyed boogie boarding and body surfing too. The decks were amazing and we spent lots of time on them as well. The teens enjoyed the pool and having their own space downstairs. We cooked a lot at the house and had everything we needed. A dream vacation place.

Incredible vacation - Unlike others!
This is an unbelievable house that is located beachside and convenient to all of New Smyrna Beach! Deck is so unbelievable; we essentially lived on the deck. Interior is so nicely decorated it is hard to realize you are at a beach house. Kitchen is well laid-out and furnished and functional. Warm & inviting home with Gorgeous views
We loved our week at the Decked out l house! The house is warm & inviting with plenty of room to spread out. The new pool was just the right size for cooling off after the beach. Lots of beach towels & toys & a nice gas grill in the garage. Best Bonus it’s only 35 steps from the deck to the beach. Amazing Property!!!
Mom and 7 sisters stayed at this property the week of September 24th to October 1st!! Our first time in New Smyrna Beach and we absolutely loved it!! The house was beautiful, newly redecorated and huge!!! Very clean and beach is right out the back door!!! Wonderful restaurants, shopping, and entertainment close by.
