Christmas family get together

This condo was a great place for my family to gather for a week during Christmas break. The views were spectacular. The property had plenty of amenities to keep my family busy. Our questions were answered promptly and check in was easy. We would stay here again.

The condo was peaceful and clean. There were plenty of kitchen amenities and the maintenance man was extremely friendly.
The master mattress was not very comfortable and the bed is a bit noisy so turning in the night can wake a light sleeper.
Overall, the stay was enjoyable and the condo is in a peaceful location. I would stay here again. Would just love to see a new master mattress to make it the most comfortable stay.

We loved our stay at New Smyrna Beach. Beautiful ocean front views, clean and easy to access. A few things I would like to point out:
1. There is a slight diisconnect between the management company and office. I never received a parking pass which is supposedly required and would be in lock box on my arrival which it was not. After multiple messages on Airbnb and 5+ trips to the office I decided to make my own pass. I guess it worked because my car was never was towed.
2. Make sure to bring everything for bathroom. They provide 1 toilet paper roll and a mini sized bar soap. That is it.
3. Master Bedroom bed is very noisy. I shared this room with my mom and every time she turned or got out of bed, it woke me up. We both were unable to get a full night sleep while we were there because of this.
