Welcome to Evergreen, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in New Smyrna Beach. It’s a complete vacation getaway with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, private pool, and firepit area. When you're not catching sun on the beach, splash around in the private pool with the fenced in back yard. The home is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. The beach is a straight shot, only 2 blocks away. Come make vacation memories that will last a lifetime!

The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous redfish of Mosquito Lagoon.

Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something here for everyone!

Absolutely loved the house. Had everything we could need or want for our stay!! The backyard is where we spent most of our time and was beautiful. The heated pool was so nice too after coming back from the beach!! Would highly recommend. My ONLY thing was having to limit my family visits (I was visiting from out of state) to a minimum because of the people count in the house that they made a rule on. I get it for the most part. Either way, we still enjoyed our stay like crazy! 10/10 recommend!!!

My family and I loved our stay at this home. It was close to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walking to the beach would be easy and close, maybe 3 blocks, but we opted to drive on the beach. The beach drive on entrance is about 2 minutes away. My kids loved being able to come home from the beach and shower off outside before jumping in the pool. The pool was great, and kept the family entertained whenever we were at the house.
The house is simply furnished and easy to keep clean. Ceiling fans are in most rooms, and keep the house feeling cool even on the 90+ degree days. The washer and dryer are new and work well.
It’s about a 3-5 minute drive to Flagler where there were plenty of shops and restaurants. We liked to walk around in the evening and grab ice cream before bed.
About a 10 minute drive to Smyrna Dunes park, as well, that has a fishing pier, and a great boardwalk to explore the park and walk to the dog friendly beach.
We would love to stay here again!
