The third floor is the heart of the home, featuring a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, an open dining and family room with two large smart TVs, a king primary suite with a spa-like ensuite and oversized walk-in closet, a half bath, a dedicated workspace, and a sprawling covered balcony with plenty of seating. Meals are a breeze with seating for 8 at the dining table and 6 more at the kitchen island.

On the second floor, you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms (one with private balcony access), a central bunk room that sleeps 6, 2 full bathrooms, a second living room with smart TV, another oversized balcony with ample seating, and a full laundry room.

The first floor welcomes you with elevator access to all levels, a convenient half bath, outdoor shower, gas grill, and storage for beach gear. Flip Flop Living North is part of a larger home that has four separate rental units. Guests may encounter shared outdoor spaces and amenities, such as the outdoor shower and grill. For larger groups, the entire home can be reserved to accommodate up to 39 guests. Flip Flop Living South, Flip Flop Living South Studio, or Flip Flop Living North Studio may also be booked separately for additional accommodations, when available.
