Welcome to your luxury beach escape! This brand-new, elevated 3-story coastal pet-friendly home is just 400 steps from the sand and offers the perfect blend of modern design, spacious living, and high-end comfort. With 4 large bedrooms, a dedicated bunk room featuring two twin-over-double bunk beds, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths plus a 1st floor private studio with its own entrance featuring a king bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, full bathroom, and washer/dryer. This home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests. The third floor features a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, an open-concept dining and family room with two large smart TVs, a king primary suite with a spa-like ensuite and oversized walk-in closet, a half bath, a dedicated workspace, and a sprawling covered balcony with plenty of seating. The dining table seats 8, and the large kitchen island offers seating for 6 more, making it ideal for shared meals and entertaining. On the second floor, you'll find 3 additional bedrooms—including one with direct balcony access—a central bunk room that sleeps 6 with all bedrooms on 2nd floor having access to both full bathrooms, a living room with smart TV, another large balcony with abundant seating, and a full laundry room. The first floor offers a welcoming entryway with half bath, elevator access to all levels, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and storage for beach gear. For entertainment, the home includes 10 smart TVs total—one in each of the 4 bedrooms, the bunk room, both living rooms and two in the 1st floor studio. The house was wonderful and the perfect size for our large family gathering. Very clean and nice bedding and towels. The location was fantastic, and having ample parking made everything even more convenient.The only downside was that the kitchen felt a bit under-equipped for cooking meals for a large group. While there were plenty of dishes, silverware, and coffee mugs, we found the selection of pots, pans, and cooking utensils to be somewhat limited. About half way through cooking on the provided grill it ran out of gas and we had to move the food up 3 levels to the kitchen. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home!

This is a beautiful home across the street from the ocean. Sitting out on the balcony was quite pleasant as there are partial views of the ocean and a lovely breeze. The outdoor shower is a wonderful way to clean off the sand from your body before entering the home. Adults can camp out on the third floor and the second floor can be taken over by the younger members of your party.

Our stay here was a really good experience. The home was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The check-in process was simple, and the host made sure we had clear instructions and quick responses whenever we had questions. The space felt welcoming and matched the photos well. The location was also a plus, making it easy to access nearby spots. Would absolutely recommend this place to others looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.

We stayed here while in town for the Daytona 500. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival. You could tell it had just been renovated by the smell when you walked in, fresh and clean! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to go around for our party. The common areas were great for lounging and planning our days and the bedrooms were just what we needed when we wanted quiet time was from the group. The owner stopped by to deliver a golf cart to our neighbors, great guy! We will be back next year for sure!
