The third floor features a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, an open-concept dining and family room with two large smart TVs, a king primary suite with a spa-like ensuite and oversized walk-in closet, a half bath, a dedicated workspace, and a sprawling covered balcony with plenty of seating. The dining table seats 8, and the large kitchen island offers seating for 6 more, making it ideal for shared meals and entertaining. On the second floor, you'll find 3 additional bedrooms—including one with direct balcony access—a central bunk room that sleeps 6 with all bedrooms on 2nd floor having access to both full bathrooms, a living room with smart TV, another large balcony with abundant seating, and a full laundry room. The first floor offers a welcoming entryway with half bath, elevator access to all levels, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and storage for beach gear. Flip Flop South is part of a larger home that has four separate rental units. Guests may encounter shared outdoor spaces and amenities, such as the outdoor shower and grill. For larger groups, the entire home can be reserved to accommodate up to 39 guests. Flip Flop Living South Studio, Flip Flop Living North, or Flip Flop Living North Studio may also be booked separately for additional accommodations, when available.
