The third floor features a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, an open-concept dining and family room with two large smart TVs, a king primary suite with a spa-like ensuite and oversized walk-in closet, a half bath, a dedicated workspace, and a sprawling covered balcony with plenty of seating.
