The third floor features a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, an open-concept dining and family room with two large smart TVs, a king primary suite with a spa-like ensuite and oversized walk-in closet, a half bath, a dedicated workspace, and a sprawling covered balcony with plenty of seating. The dining table seats 8, and the large kitchen island offers seating for 6 more, making it ideal for shared meals and entertaining. We were a party of 12 ranging in ages from 15-67. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and there were plenty of gathering spaces both indoors and out for us to visit and play games, though we only needed one, there were TV's in every room and two in the main living area. the whole Condo was exactly as posted on the listing. It was very clean and beautifully appointed. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the beach access was easy and very close which was a huge plus. We were a party of 12 with varied ages between 15 - 67 and found Flip Flop South to be the perfect fit for our 2 day, 3 night stay. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and we most enjoyed the gathering spaces both indoors and out. Wonderful location . well thought out space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked . Elevator for our 101 year-old guest for Thanksgiving. Beautiful furnishings, but also practical. There is a crosswalk to go to the beach which is just across the street. Grocery store and market is nearby.
