The view from our condo was hard to beat on the 4th floor balcony as the ocean view had no obstructions. We spent a lot of time out there even though we had some cold days. But, it’s December. You have to expect it. The most surprising thing was how well the kitchen was stocked. Better than any place we have ever stayed. The towels were of good quality. Awesome. The linen closet was well stocked. The shower was very nice. The beach closet was also well stocked. We would definitely recommend the condo.

This unit was nice and well stocked for our family of 4. The oceanfront view is beautiful and there is a huge balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Kitchen is great size and beds were comfy. The only drawbacks were the sandy floors upon check-in and the elevator closest to our room was down the for our entire stay. This was very inconvenient because we had to walk all the way to the front of the building to the only small elevator while lugging all of our stuff. Or take the stairs up and down with all of our beach gear and 2 kids.
As far as the sandy floors, I know it is a beach condo but we rent a place in NSB 1-2 times a year and have never had that issue anywhere else.

The condo was beautiful. Very clean and smelled nice inside. The balcony and furniture on the balcony were large and the high top made it perfect for watching the ocean. Our condo was perfect! We especially appreciated the higher toilets and walk in shower (very important items for us boomers). Well maintained complex and quiet, too. Keurig coffeemaker was a plus. Balcony furniture was extremely comfortable and the ocean view is spectacular.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. We greatly appreciated the walk in shower and higher toilets. When I called about a Keurig being available I was told there was not one available but we found one in the cabinet which was a plus. The balcony furniture was extremely comfortable too. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Quiet and well maintained complex.

Excellent location - views of the beach from the balcony were outstanding. High top table and chairs a plus for unobstructed views. Condo had everything we needed. Sundeck was definitely a plus for the view as well. Location was great; close to shopping and restaurants.

Very nice condo unit with everything we needed for our 8 day stay at the beach. The 4th floor balcony view is exceptional, and we hung out there every morning and every evening. Can't get any closer to the ocean! Kitchen was well equipped, showers were great, beds were comfortable. Close to the elevator and easy access to the beach and pool. Our only gripe was that a group of 9 kids (20 somethings) were staying in a one bedroom, one bath on the ground level by the pool. They were tying up the pool bathrooms for showers and other needs, limiting access for the rest of the guests at HDS II. Other than that annoyance, it was a great stay!

Overall, we loved the property and we really enjoyed the condo. The kitchen had newer cookware, which worked out great when we ate in a few times. The beds were comfy, and bathrooms were nice. It was extremely quiet, but I believe it was due to the hurricane several days prior. Side note: We were not told this place suffered damage from Nicole; the beach stairs were ruined in storm and pool had debris in it and was closed. I always recommend honesty as best policy, so it would have been nice to know this before we rented the unit. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great. The unit is nicely appointed and includes pretty much anything you may need during your stay. We had a girls trip here and were so pleased with our experience of the property! It was 3 of us, but could have easily had another and fit comfortably. We have stayed at Hacienda Del Sol many times, both I and II....this is one of the nicest units we have had. The most important thing was that there is bar-height furniture on the balcony so you can see the ocean well! And lots of it, a high table and chairs plus 4 low chairs with ottomans. the master bath is newly renovated with glass shower doors and pretty fixtures. In-unit Washer/dryer. Perfect view and of course all the kitchen stuff you need. Very well equipped and in good condition. HDSII is a family friendly place, quiet at night and we felt comfortable letting our kids run around and do things on the property. No-drive beach makes it safe and not crowded at all. At one time in mid afternoon I looked up and down and counted about 8 people in each direction- great! Highly recommend!

Condo 413 was decorated theme appropriate, clean, had everything you needed. View from Living room and Master Bedroom, awesome ocean view, so relaxing. Enjoyed every morning getting up just before sunrise, fixing pot of coffee and watching the sunrise, Awesome!! Enjoyed taking our daily walk on the beach, then enjoying a dip in the pool, which was very clean everyday. This was a much needed vacation, and we had such a great time it was hard to leave.
