The fenced backyard backs up to a peaceful lagoon (which is not fenced) and includes a patio with a firepit and gas grill—perfect for relaxing evenings. Dog-friendly with no weight limit (up to two dogs, fees apply), the home offers a dining table for six, two bar stools, TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, driveway parking for two cars, and garage space for a golf cart or motorcycles (not provided), with laundry conveniently located in the garage. Guests can also enjoy two bikes and beach gear for exploring this flat, quiet, and walkable neighborhood—ideal for a relaxing getaway close to the river and all the area has to offer.

Callalisa Park, offers fishing, a picnic area, launching for kayaks/canoes/stand-up paddle boards to explore the mangrove channels of Callalisa Creek. Prime beachside location! Within a mile, is the BEACH, plus you are walking/biking distance (less than a mile) to Flagler Ave and restaurants, grocery shopping, nightlife, and more!
