This brand-new, beautifully furnished New Smyrna Beach home sits in a quiet neighborhood between the intracoastal and the ocean, just two blocks from Flagler Avenue and a half mile from beach access. A private boat slip on the Intracoastal, reached via a gated wooden walkway behind the home, accommodates boats up to 30 feet with water and electric hookups (reserved in advance for an additional fee; proof of boat insurance required).

Inside, the open floor plan offers three ensuite bedrooms plus an upstairs loft. The primary suite features a king bed and walk-in closet with built-ins; the queen room has its own walk-in shower ensuite; and the bunk room sleeps up to five with a tub/shower ensuite. Six Roku TVs, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Sonos sound system extend throughout the home, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a beverage cooler and seating for six at the island.

Outside, guests enjoy a large saltwater pool, covered lanai, summer kitchen, gas grill, and outdoor dining for six, plus cornhole and card games for added fun. The pool is heated October through April for an additional fee. A 2-car garage with EV charger and driveway space accommodates up to four vehicles total.
