As you step through the front door, you're welcomed into a comfortable living room with a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The thoughtfully designed floor plan centers around a fully equipped kitchen featuring both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, ensuring everyone can enjoy their morning brew just the way they like it. The kitchen island seats two, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats four for meals, games, or gathering together.

The dining room is located on one side of the kitchen and offers direct access to the backyard, along with a full bathroom just off the space.
