Condo was clean, modern and very functional. View was fantastic with a large balcony. Master bedroom view of the ocean and lighthouse is beautiful. Kitchen was clean and fully equipped. All appliances and electronics worked. Couch, throw carpets and beds were clean and up to date. Check in and out was a breeze and the interactions with the staff was professonal and courteous. Excellent stay for a full week.

Inlet 903 is a roomy, comfortable ocean front with million dollar views. The amenities at the Minorca complex are wonderful. And, being a bit north of the Flagler Ave bustle is great. Great Ocean is easy to work with and quite responsive. Looking forward to our next visit.

We chose based on the view of inlet and beach- we could enjoy sunrise and sunset from the building. Watching the surf, with surfers, fishermen, and kite surfers- and even a rocket launch from the beach and pool area. Spotted a few turtles and truly enjoyed the park boardwalk. Being away from downtown a bit made this seem very resort like. (& town was just a quick easy drive to everything you may need) discovered the Avanu deck the last night- super great condo and town. Thank you for a lovely place to call home for our beach week.

We enjoyed our stay! Spacious condo with great view. The pool / hot tub, and beach were all very accessible. Very quiet location, which I really enjoyed. Short drive to Publix and Flagler Ave. Would definitely return if we end up back in New Smyrna! We were there with our 12 and 17 year old boys and they enjoyed themselves. They love lounging on the beach, so it was perfect.

Very nicely furnished condo on the ocean in a gated complex. All the amenities, and very quiet, which is what we wanted. It made for a very pleasant Christmas week with family. We’ve been coming to NSB for many years but had never stayed at Minorca. We’ll be back!

This could be a great family vacation spot for all ages!!! Beach, surfing, boogie boarding, tennis, swimming pools, hot tubs, billiards, fitness room, fishing in the inlet, walking/jogging on the 13-mile long beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, bike and golf cart rentals, nearby S hopping, great inexpensive restaurants, Publix is close by, etc.!!! There are SO many fun things to do in New Smyrna Beach!! This beach has now become our favorite beach vacation spot of all others, including Costa Rica and Waikiki. Our condo was exceptionally clean and renovated with high-end furnishings and decorations. And to top it off, there was a welcome gift and nice personalized card from the condo owner sitting on the island bar when we arrived. We plan on returning with our family and friends for many years to come...hopefully, back to the same unit each time.

We have been staying in NSB for 30 plus years. We always stayed on the South end of the beach, but no more! WOW! The view was amazing, and the environment at the Minorca is friendly and relaxing. Our family with three teens loved it! The welcome basket was so nice, and the location is so convenient to everything...downtown NSB, grocery, great restaurants. The pools were beautifully cared for and nice and warm for cool December nights. Looking out in the evenings at the lighthouse view was peaceful. Amenities were great. Lots of games, cards, beach stuff, chairs, and towels. Top notch vacation - wished we stayed for two weeks!

What a fantastic condo! One of our favorite aspects is that the master bedroom has ceiling to floor windows with sliding glass door opening to a long balcony that extends past living room, and that you can lie on the awesome high bed with a great view of the ocean, birds, and surfers! Beautifully decorated, clean, private. The remote control for living room blinds must have a certain sequence since we couldn't get them to close, and for the LR TV controls were a challenge though instructions were provided. All amenities as listed. A very upscale community, very quiet, 24 hr security. The magnetic fob allows access to the clubhouse with a nice pool table, and the fitness center. We'll definitely try to reserve this unit again! Great Ocean Condos is easily accessible, an extremely cordial and professional group.

We were very pleased with our stay at Inlet @ Minorca. The complex is lovely and upscale, but not stuffy. The unit itself is spacious, comfortable, and has the best view in the area. We were welcomed with a lovely goody basketand welcome card from the owners, who also left a light on for us since we would be arriving after dark. The only thing I would change about the unit is the bed and bath linens. They should be of a better quality for the unit. The bed pillows are also very lacking. The reservation and check in process was seamless. Would have loved and extra hour to check out in the morning though. 10 is a little early for us. Our unit wasn't pet friendly, but there is a nearby dog beach. The dunes park is great for a nature walk. Plenty of local restaurants to try. Yellow Dog Eats, Gnarly's Surf bar and grill, Norwood's, Third Wave Cafe all very good! The beach itself is one of the best in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be very likely to return on a future trip!

We had stayed at The Inlet last year and loved it so much that we rented a 2 bedroom this time. The unit was gorgeous and spacious enough for us to entertain family and friends all week long. We definitely loved the view from the master bedroom and the balcony was big and inviting. We will definitely be staying again in the future. The only challenging aspect of the whole week was trying to figure out how to work the blinds in the living room. We would think we had it figured out and but the next time it didn't work. It was a laugh for everyone all week :) You may want to include directions for them along with the ones for the TV and cable. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. It is a relaxing and peaceful location and if you want action, Flagler Avenue is just a short ride away.

After a long drive from Michigan, our family was so pleased to pull into the absolutely gorgeous Minorca complex. We saw the tennis courts and pools and couldn’t wait to unpack. When we entered the unit, our family was overjoyed. The unit is beautiful. The view will take your breath away. The kitchen is lovely and the beds are comfortable. The Steeles left us an unexpected welcome basket that really made our day. I would highly recommend this complex and unit to anybody. In general, New Smyrna Beach is the perfect place to go with families. There are great shops and restaurants just up the beach on Flagler, and Orlando and all of its theme parks are just a short drive away for easy day trips. Two big thumbs up for New Smyrna Beach, Minorca, and this unit. Thank you Steeles!
