You will not believe the incredible views from the private balconies at Inlet at Minorca. We had a marvelous beach stay at the Minorca Inlet 904. The balcony views of the inlet were amazing. We watched sunrises and sunsets. The pool area was relaxing and the boardwalk made for an easy trip to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and appliances. We requested to check back in following a canceled flight and the staff at Great Ocean Condos were incredibly responsive, friendly and accommodating! We were able to check back in and extend our original reservation. We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Inlet Minorca. The condo was clean, well-equipped, well-maintained, and as described in the listing. The grounds and surrounding neighborhood are wonderful, and it's easy to walk to the Dunes Park adjacent. The bed was comfortable. Unlike (we assume) many visitors to NSB, we did much of our meal prep in the unit. There was very little pantry space, but we were able to use the cafe table adjacent to the washer/dryer for storage. This is a condo that has been beautifully personalized by the owners - a wonderful perk but one that left us with minimal closet space. We did appreciate the empty drawers in the primary bedroom! Comfortable outdoor seating made evening happy hours especially enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again - and consult Great Ocean Condos website - if looking for a place to stay in NSB! GOC was immediately responsive to our questions as well.

The unit was very nice and the extra wine cooler fridge for extra storage.
Roomy kitchen and bedroom.
Our only suggestion would be curtains because of the poor weather our indoor activity of tv ( glare)or a nap during the day was difficult.

Things to know

We have stayed at the Inlet for over 10 years. This is our first stay at this particular unit. The unit itself was clean, partially updated, but overall nice. The problem that I had was a ring doorbell which was ok at first until I received a call from the property manager (within the first 24 hours) saying the owner had called them saying I had a pet which would have breached my contract. With that being completely false information that leads me to believe the owner must be monitoring the ring doorbell. I have no idea what they saw or heard possibly someone walk by I have no idea but the property manager needs more valid information from the owner before they call and email paying guests because that really was very frustrating every time I walked by the doorbell I felt like I was being watched after that. I also have always had a parking spot in the garage with every unit I have rented at the inlet and this particular unit did not have one and guest parking gets full and there is no parking except on the complete opposite side of the Minorca property. Also the inlet pool was closed and we were never made aware and it was very inconvenient not to ever be told that in advance. We will continue to stay at the Inlet but I don’t think we will stay at this unit again due to these circumstances.
