Welcome to Ocean Club North B213! Step into a tastefully modern condo designed with all the amenities you need for a carefree vacation. Sleek, clean, and refreshingly styled, this retreat invites you to relax in comfort. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area keeps everyone connected, making it the perfect space for family enjoyment. The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and beach chairs; all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is free wireless internet and cable TV.

Ocean Club North is a private condo complex located on the no-drive portion of the beach. The units here are all 2 bedroom/2 bath units with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The 3-story complex boasts 44 individual units and was built in 1969. Located on the southern end of New Smyrna Beach, this complex resides on the shores of the Atlantic and across from the Indian River Lagoon. Besides direct beach access and balconies with ocean views, guests who stay in one of these New Smyrna Beach condo rentals can enjoy the heated swimming and wading pool, communal washers and dryers, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and many other amazing amenities provided

New Smyrna Beach is known for its small-town charm and laid-back, family atmosphere. The warm breezes, wide, white sandy beaches, and large selection of outdoor activities make this the ideal spot for your Florida beach vacation. Turtle Mound at Canaveral National Seashore is 4.5 miles south of Ocean Club North, right down A1A. Just across the street is a public park with additional tennis courts, a basketball court and a children's play area. You can also walk out into a secluded bay where dolphins and manatees are often seen playing. Ocean Club North is conveniently located near many restaurants, shopping, sports venues, and historical sites of New Smyrna Beach. A short drive down the road is the Canaveral Seashore, a US Park with the historic Indian shell mounds. In the other direction is downtown New Smyrna, with restaurants and shopping.

Great Ocean Condos was lovely. We walked in, and it was just as listed. My kids loved the 2-floor design, which made it feel more like home when their bedroom was upstairs. In-unit laundry was perfect (this is something I look for). We were able to stop and get all the essentials before heading to the condo because I was told in my what to expect notification. The weather was not the best, yet, thanks to the convenient location, we were able to explore the nearby Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and NASA. My kids loved the heated pool and swam for hours on cooler days. I loved looking out at the beautiful ocean from the kitchen or living spaces! The walk down to the beach was so quick and easy for our daily beach walks and relaxing on the sand (even if just for a day due to the weather). We could not find the vacuum charger. I'm sure if I reached out, this would have been fixed, but that's on me. I didn't; I just swept instead. We had an amazing time and would definitely return!

Such an amazing location! The condo complex was really well tended and the condo was gorgeous: updated, clutter-free, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen and the bathrooms are all really nice and super functional. Really couldn't have been better!
In our opinion, the main bedroom needed beside lights... we mentioned it and they dropped off some lights! Great service!

My partner and I stayed here for 11 nights with the intention of reconnecting, relaxing, and exploring the area — and this space delivered on all of it.
The condo was exceptionally clean, light-filled, and beautifully updated with tasteful furnishings that made it feel both comfortable and elevated. The kitchen was very well appointed and spacious, which we truly appreciated since we enjoy cooking as a couple.
The balcony quickly became one of our favorite spots — perfect for morning coffee with a stunning ocean view. You can see the ocean from the entire main level and from the spacious primary bedroom, which also includes a private en-suite bathroom. Waking up to that view each day felt like a gift.
The beach is just a few steps away and, to our delight, was never crowded. It felt peaceful and almost private at times.
Communication with the hosts was excellent — they were responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from booking through checkout.

My husband and I as well as another couple, spent two weeks at this condo in New Smyrna Beach . The condo was clean and as expected, with a wonderful view of the ocean. The complex is small, clean and friendly. The kitchen had adequate cookware that allowed us to prepare full meals. There was good communication from the leading company. We would definitely return to this condo.
