With eight floors and four units per floor, all units are ocean view with private balconies overlooking the tranquil Atlantic waters. Additionally, a conveniently located elevator and coin-operated laundry facilities are located on-site.

This unit is well maintained, with all furnishings in good condition with minimal visible wear. The kitchen is well supplied with ample kitchen tools, flatware, plates and pots and pans.
Linens are fresh and fluffy, especially the towels. The main bed is very comfortable.
The building is older, but unit 601 has been refreshed and is well maintained. HVAC keeps the unit cool and dry for a comfortable nights sleep.
We will see finitely be back.

Perfect place that is Ocean Front. Being on 6th floor was great to see the ocean without any issue.
NOTE: Pool is not heated. But we didn't go for the pool. But bringing it up for those that do.
We would stay again for sure.

Very nice condo with adorable decor. Very clean and stocked with everything you would need. The view was beautiful, even from the couch. We watched dolphins every morning. They are working on restoring the beach & unfortunately for us were working right in front of the place, but we worked around that. Future guests will have a beautiful beach that is very walkable. The only thing I would change is the last slat on the blinds in the bedroom is missing & needs to be replaced, the sun in the morning is blinding. This may be a personal preference, but the bed is way too soft, our backs were a little sore. But, all in all our stay was very good and would rent here again.

This place was awesome! Perfect for two guests. Location was amazing right on the beach with a private pool for the guests. This place in particular had beach chairs, towels and a big umbrella to use at the beach. There are plenty of Restaurants to eat at within walking distance like Izzy’s Island and Chase’s on the Beach! Looks just like the pictures; balcony for two to sit with incredible ocean views, nice sized bedroom with bathroom connected and kitchen/living/dinning! It did tended to get a tad bit hot when we were sleeping so a fan would be a great option to keep you cool. Getting in was quick and easy. They give you all the steps needed before arrival! Parking passes are included.
Overall amazing experience and would definitely recommend!
