Designed in calming sandy neutrals with a clean, uncluttered style, this cozy studio comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. It's the perfect spot for a spontaneous couple's getaway, girlfriends' trip, a recharge, reset, and relax for one trip, or small family vacation. Kiddos are welcome, and the maximum occupancy is four guests. After a day in the sun, relax with your favorite shows on the Smart TV or unwind while taking in the endless ocean views.

The studio includes a convenient kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, mini refrigerator, microwave, sink, and drip coffee maker, making it easy to prepare simple meals and snacks between beach trips. A wet bar area adds extra convenience for keeping drinks cold and beach snacks within reach. Two beach chairs are provided so you can settle in right at the water's edge and enjoy the sounds of the waves.

While there is no balcony, the panoramic ocean views through the oversized windows create an incredible beachfront experience from inside the condo. The resort offers plenty of amenities to enhance your stay, including a large oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, a fitness center, on-site laundry facilities, spacious green areas for relaxing, and convenient parking in a two-level parking deck. There's even an on-site tiki bar open Thursday through Sunday where you can sip a tropical drink poolside while watching the waves roll in.

You'll be perfectly located to enjoy everything Daytona Beach has to offer, including NASCAR races, Rockville, Bike Week, Jeep Beach, concerts, shopping, dining, and local attractions. A Winn-Dixie grocery store is nearby, Congo River Mini Golf is directly across the street, and you can even spot live alligators within walking distance. Parking is available with a required resort pass of $10 per day, payable by card only at the self-service kiosk. Please note that oversized RVs and trailer parking are not permitted.
